This was one of those scenes that left an impression on me. As a regular traveller one thing that I absolutely love is getting friendly with fellow travellers, hanging out, getting recommendations and knowing one morning your paths split and you'll never meet again. Sounds strange but it helps you enjoy it more and to truly value people.
Favourite scene of one of my favourite movies of all time, not necessarily for the great acting or story, but mainly the soundtrack and scenery that we see throughout, a beautiful movie that holds a special place in my heart
@@cinemaking9887because it is a flawed movie but it has some amazing scenes with amazing music like this one. I love it nontheless, I don't think there is another movie that transmits the feeling of joy in traveling better than this one.
This scene with Underworld's '8 ball' and the scene where Richard sees the beach for the first time with Moby's 'porcelain' are edited and musically timed to absolute perfection!

I like to end this movie right after the montage of them living on the beach & pretend they live happily ever after. No shark attacks or cheating scandals.

Jumping off cliffs, being open to new ideas, but the application of the journey while an amazing feat, it has consequences. Maybe if they went supply shopping they should have scored some antibiotics, just saying.
