So a couple of things: -At a follow up appointment it was determined that a bacterial infection was not, in fact, the root cause of the problems. Turns out at some point my acid reflux worsened to a point where what had been managing it the last four years wasn't working anymore. That acid reflux almost caused me to develop nodules in the past. -We started a new acid reflux regiment, and it actually seemed to be working and a lot of progress was made! -Then I got COVID and sinus issues started and all progress ceased -Then it turns out I've had pneumonia for a couple of weeks which would explain why the sinuses never improved, why I've had this horrible cough since early January, and why my voice never improved after COVID. So...we came SO CLOSE to things becoming healed and close to normal again, but now we have to get the pneumonia cured. Thankfully we caught it when we did as it could have put me in the hospital if it had continued untreated.

You can hear how things were getting SO CLOSE to getting to a better place in the lead vocal on the video, which was recorded with COVID lol.
