George smoked really beautifully. He took a very firm drag, puffed it to make excellent flowers, and then exhale an enormous smoke cloud of wealth and beauty. John, Ringo and Paul were the voices of the Beatles, but George was the heart. I love him 😍

They were so image conscious...Notice John pushing Ringo out of the way so that they all appear, then Ringo mocks him by ducking so that John appears. They all did that, they wanted to appear as a group, all of them important, all of them had many fans...We take that for granted now, but in the early 60s it was so new, so fresh. All of them sang, all of them played instruments, all of them had the spotlight at one point or another.
Ik you wrote this six years ago but I think you got it wrong. John was obviously joking around. No one was taking the situation seriously. George was blowing cigaret smoke into the mic and they were just having fun. If anything they were making fun of the cameras lol

@@anslagstavlan i don’t think it was a dick move? i mean that’s just my opinion, george is my favorite but i don’t see the problem in telling him not to blow smoke onto a reporter’s mic to be honest, he didn’t really make a spectacle out of it either. i don’t really think there’s much to be said about it but i do agree that he definitely wouldn’t have reacted the same if it had been john, since paul’s said before that he often excused things john would do just because he loved him so dearly. i certainly don’t hate paul, but it is something that makes me feel a bit sad when i think about how much george got casted aside. at least he found comfort in ringo, i suppose.

Jesus George was in a chaotic mood on this day LOL he starts the interview off by almost pushing John into a car coming, then says "suicide" then he kept puffing into the mic for whatever reason (and distracts John Paul and Ringo, they all stopped for a second and watched him probably thinking "the fuck is he doing now") true Chaotic Evil energy, but it's hilarious and I fuckin love it

My ex-girlfriend's dad interviewed them for Oxford University magazine and he got a couple of signed pictures from them to give away. He said if he'd had any idea he'd have got as many as he could because authenticated pictures of all four from that time period are worth enough to buy a bloody house now.
