Classic Heaton... pretending this is a cover by made up band 'The Heppelbaums' and putting it on a covers album! 😂 Actually a Beautiful South original... and fantastic! 😊
1986 NME released a floppy free vinyl single on the magazine. Five get over excited. Wow. Man. Been hooked ever since. Paul. You have inspired more people than you could ever know. Up the Blades mate. Yeah. Get in. Glory comes for those who wait. For damn sure kid. It must be Happy hour. Finally.
In fact, it was written by Paul Heaton and Dave Rotheray of the Beautiful South. When performed live, the song was accompanied by a pastiche of a 1970s music documentary, with The Beautiful South appearing as The Heppelbaums.
He made this album /cd with other musicians songs 🎵 if I remember correctly, he was and still is more cleverer than that considering the amount of music he has wrote.
I love this band but I absolutely can't stand the female singer. I don't know why she just has really bad vibes. Not many people bug me but she really spoils every song she's in. Love jacqui abbot though.
