The Beginner's Guide to Werewolf: the Forsaken Second Edition Lore 

Man, after learning more about Requiem, Hunter the Vigil, Changeling the Lost, now Werewolf the Forsaken, and later Mage the Awakening. I might actually go fully onboard with Chronicles of Darkness. Originally saw it as something cool to add to my list of RPGs i know, but didn't deep dive into. But you're selling me on this franchise, not gonna lie.

Irraka are also lone hunters and assassins as need be, not just scouts. It's pronounced AWE-spiss.

Great way to bring attention to the settings for the games before 5e and V20. Awesome way to help bring people into the game, especially with Bloodlines 2 being announced. Hope to see more from ya

I know and own 1st edition loved the lore and well the enemies like from the predators book. I should look into the 2nd edition more.

I really love forsaken's lore and roleplay. However I feel uncomfortable with the idea of been outnumbered by the pure. I thought they have changed it in the 2ed

I think Blood Talon tribe should follow Odin instead of Fenrir. While a human, Odin and his followers have been associated with wolves. He’s also Valfodhr and Sigtyr, father of the Chosen and victory-God. Which makes more sense for a warrior centered tribe. Fenrir represents feral and unbridled greed. I could see him being associated with werewolves but not in a positive way. To me, an Ásatrúar myself, he seems like what a werewolf would fear becoming. Sure some might follow him but they would be those who “gave into their beast” so to speak. Other than that I think the idea is great. Eddic spiritually follows the Indo-European trend of the warrior preist. Unlike pacifist religions, it’s considered noble and virtuous to be both physically strong and spiritually pure and wise. To fight AND to pray.
