please make sure this "BACK" cable is connected to reversing light of original car, in order to make sure it switchs automatically to image when the car is in reversing status.

@@Seicane-Car-DVD thank you for your reply, the unit can support old oem and it has new interface . On the old oem it registers the reverse gear , only new one causing issues . Thought that’s done through the cambus 🤷‍♂️

I read up that this is connected to cars having a bose system and an audi inbuilt amp, I think you need different wiring to get rid of it ( which is cheap to fix)
