*FUN FACT!* Back in the 1700's lobsters were so plentiful they were picked out of the shallows, placed in baskets and fed to the indentured servants. *TRUE STORY!*
I got your knife and seasonings set for a Christmas gift, and bro let me tell you, that lemon bae did not last long lol. That has to my favorite seasoning I've ever tasted. Way better than lemon pepper! And that knife is so beautiful.
Just my opinion, but wouldn't it be better to cook the shallot separately with some garlic and then add it to the pasta sauce? It's seems like the shallot is still raw and can affect the taste.
I can't thank you enough for showing me this, you made it look so easy, you taught me the correct way for both poaching or the oven, I have three and my freezer that have my name and my daughter's all over it.❤❤👍
I’m doing this for sure tonight I was looking at searching for a recipe and came across yours. You have a new subscriber!! PS - the end was the best part. I was laughing so hard that won it for me. Cheers from Texas!!
I really enjoyed your video. Lost of times watching any type of tutorial video at some point sooner or later I’m thinking like “come on shut up your talking too much get to the point” or I get bored. But I didn’t feel like that or have that thought AT ALL during your video not once. Everything you said was useful info and you covered all bases. I’m glad I came across your channel. An looks delicious will definitely be trying soon. And fyi Cosco’s lobster prices go crazy for HUGE lobster tails.
Poached. I last tried to steam messed it up by cutting on the hard side and steaming not poaching I don’t know I messed it up. Now I have directions on how to cook them (and I cooked them with Alfredo pasta Toni from box 🤢) next time I’ll use bag of Alfredo and Rao sauce. Long story short THANK YOU MR!!❤
Both of those recipes are definitely keepers for me! But, as to which one I think I'll do first, it's gotta be the butter poached lobster over pasta!!!
@MrMakeItHappen I thought of that after I made my comment! As one who has never had a tat in my 53 years. . .your artwork is super cool! My favorite recipe is the lasagna soup 😋
Mr. Happen, I am a subscriber and have watched many of your videos and made some of your recipes. This I think is the best video you have ever done. This was actually relaxing, you were very calm and informative: no jokes, no hype, just a straight forward logical, understandable sequence of "how to". Thanks!!
