Technically in Delaware, up to 20% of the community can be under 55 years of age

Are you referring to The Vineyards in Lewes on Route 9? They are not an age restricted community

The closest 55+ condos to Rehoboth would be the senior car/assisted living facility Truitt’s Homestead. For a regular 55+ condo community - Cedar Bay in Ocean View would be the closest. We do not have 55+ condos in Rehoboth, but plenty of other condo options

This video is only about the age restricted communities - we certainly have some communities that are more affordable than others. Potentially looking outside of 55+ HOA neighborhoods would better suit your budget
