This is one of the hardest 800m workouts I've ever done as a runner. This is second part of my series. My inspiration came from Nike's Breaking 2 project in the marathon. However, my goal is to break 2 minutes in the 800m.
Subtract a second for warmer weather and another for having someone pushing you, and you are 2:00-2:03, especially with a few races under your belt. Hope you are still going for it almost a year later.
