Thanks for a well produced video. I urge you to consider a conversion from gasoline to either City Gas or Propane. You can get a large propane tank if you don't have City Gas, Burns cleaner, better for the life and low maintenance on the generator. No stinky hands and clothes from Gasoline spills. Gasoline is dangerous to store and gets "stale" After 90 days or so and can then mess-up your engine. I am in CT and we just had Isaias come directly on us. So far, 5 days no power, no cable and no internet. They say next TUESDAY (3 more days), at least, b4 it's all fixed and up. LUCKLY I am Blessed with the generators (on Propane), have DirecTV (satellite) and Hughes Satellite Internet (slow but at least it's Internet) YES< I am OCD inasmuch as I have 3 inverter generators and another one on the way. I got this GenTent and could not figure it out. Your video did the trick. THANK YOU and STAY SAFE AND WELL !!!

The part I wanted to learn was feeding the strap back into the ratchet as that seems the trickiest part.

@@DIYRAY Hi Sir, I decided the best thing was to look up how to use a ratchet which answered all my noob questions. :-) I bet you are glad you had a helper to get those damn corner pieces to stay in place. Once cinched down the rest was easy peasy. Apparently if you just loosen the ratchet only, you can lift the entire canopy and connectors off the generator and put it to one side ( and it will not fall apart). By the way Nice generator. I couldnt afford that model (although I do have a 2010 Honda EM3000c. I ended up getting a CHAMPION inverter 4650/3450 that is dual fuel! I have had enough with gas spills.

So to check your oil you have to remove it, not convenient.

I totally disagree with you. Question, how often do you check your oil once, twice a year. Also it’s very easy to take off and put back on so it is very convenient. That’s just my opinion thanks for your comments and please remember to like and subscribe.

@@DIYRAY You are suppose to check your oil on every fuel fill, since the generator will be running nearly 20 hours per tank depending on load.

Those are OK but useless during a hurricane. I built a concrete shelter for my two Honda generators.
