Can't say I would of went out of my way and tried cooking a steak like this, coffee + steak just doesn't sound right, but there's no denying it does look amazing, so I'll be giving it a try with our Aussie Winter coming up, seems a fitting time for it. Thank you both, and congrat's on 10k.

Chapoltle sauce garlic powder white pepper with coffee water and brown sugar to mix with steak juice. Its a must try. BTW that recepie does look delicious.
This recipe looks delicious!!! Definitely gotta give it a try. I do a similar rub for slow cooker pulled pork andit's amazing, only difference is I add a bit of cumin! Cant wait to try this. On a side note, what editing software do you use ninja? These videos get better and better every time. I ask because I I the lead editor for a podcast called National Fire Radio and I've been looking for a better software. Any advice would help! Love you guys! Congrats in the 10k! That's huge! I will definitely try cofeve rub steak in Foodi....I’m thinking the American Kobe Ribeye I bought last month at my local HEB would be perfect. Yea...I put in the freezer because I wasn’t sure how I wanted to cook...Blackstone, Sous Vid or Foodi...lol. The cofeve steak looked amazing. You guys rock!
Salty Tales ....I made coffee rub steak tonight...but not really!. I thawed what I believed to be a steak but was really a pork loin. I made pork any ways and it was the best pork loin ever! I also coated new potatoes fries using same rub. Happy accident. Yes, steak is in the cue...lol.
