Amaretto Sour
45 mls (1 1/2 oz ) Amaretto
22.5 ml (3/4oz) Cask Strength Bourbon
30 mls (1oz) Fresh Lemon Juice
5 mls ( 1/6 oz) Sugar Syrup
15 mls Egg white or Aqua Faba
Dry shake then shake with ice and strain over ice filled rocks glass.
Lemon and maraschino cherry garnish.
