I believe you mean Fredbear. First off I just completely forgot about it’s existence. But even still, while it is better than most Ucn jumpscares, I still don’t consider it noteworthy enough to be the best. If I didn’t go for Mr. Hippo as a joke though, then yes, Fredbear wouldve won.
