Miss Kobayashi’s dragon maid was my feel good anime. It has its emotional moments but it never fails to put a smile on my face or crack me up with every single episode
For the well-being of everyone's mental state, I would recommend that you watch Sweetness and Lightning instead of Usagi Drop especially if you tend to read the source material after the anime is done.
Ahhhhhhhhh I really hate that ending, the dynamic of their relationship taking that turn I found just upsetting, I'm pretty sure that's why the live action only does the early years.
My feel good anime is Ms Koizumi Loves Ramen. Seeing someone be so happy to eat different styles of ramen across Japan always makes me smile and hungry for yummy food.
*How To Keep A Mummy*. I'm a grown-ass man and this is freaking adorable. It will make you feel better. People get sick in the anime and it's so cute it makes them better too.
Where to begin?? Rascal Doesn't Dream of Bunny Girls, Nisekoi, The Pet Girl of Sakura Hall, Love is Hard for Otaku - all of these make me feel good. Now this may be a more unorthodox choice, but Blood Blockade Battlefront (season 1) also had a way of cheering me up.
They haven't made an anime about everything yet, where's my Surfing themed anime. I want 12-24 episodes of fanservice with 1 city episode (to counter the 1 beach episode most anime seems to have) It could be centered around the sport, or a guy/girl who wants to win this year's tournament or something. Lol
@@masondalessandro2394 I've actually had this wanting for awhile, and in this age of cookie cutter anime; I think it would stand out and make a waves in the community (pun intended lol)
Daily Lives of High School Boys or _Kokosei no Nichijou_ should've been mentioned. That series carried my sides to hell and back. Also lotsa feel good, it makes me feel like a 16 yo again.
If you watch Usagi Drop, stay the hell away from manga! The ending of the manga is so jarring and disturbing. Enjoy the anime and forget the manga exists.
This are the ones I would add to list: Yuru Camp, Heya Camp, Yuru Yuri, Natsunagu, Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon, Bofuri, Hataraku Saibou, Hinamatsuri, Koisuru Asteroid
Yes to Hinamatsuri and Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon. Two of the funniest series in years. I'd also like to recommend Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun!
the 3 animes that interest me the most from the list: a place further than the universe usagi drop silver spoon and maybe jojo's bizarre adventures (or space dandy, but that one is not in the video) i haven't watched any of them yet
A Place a Further Than The Universe, Haikyuu, Jojo (everything), Usagi Drop, Yakitate!! Japan, Barakamon, Nichijou, Silver Spoon (my top anime).....These are all done... K-On!, Aria The Animation are the ones remaining... 😀
It's been a while since I've felt that down, but I would pick Zombie Land Saga, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, and That Time I Was Reincarnated As A Slime for how fun they are and the emotional moments. Also, Overlord, but that's just my favorite anime and I love it.
Should definitely watch Death Parade too. I mean if you want a taste of it then watch the intro and tell me it doesnt look like an anime you can have a good time
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure takes time to grow on you + it has very dark themes (and like, I'm not less sad when I see a woman being forced kissed or someone being utterly evil and treacherous or animal cruelty ) so I'm not sure it's such a good recommandation when you're sad. It's at least not for everyone. I would have added Nodame Cantabile (classic and all around feel good), Kimi ni todoke (one of the greatest anime there ever was + feel good), Genshiken (hilarious), maybe even School Rumble (goofy) or Ouran High School Host Club (goofy).
Non Non Biyori, Hinamatsuri, Cromartie High School, Keep Your Hands off Eizoken, Rilu Rilu Fairylu, Lilpri, Is the Order a Rabbit? Laid Back Camp and Beelzebub.
You don't know what bread America makes, where did you come from, Danny boy? And what is up with that evil eye logo? You think we're too stupid to know it's origins?
My hands are much hotter than that kid's. They got that gamer dexterity, if you know what I mean. And I can personally attest to the greatness of K-on, Barakamon, and Nichijou.
Jojo is not an anime to watch while you’re sad. Fooly Cooly might be. Space Dandy, Panty & Stocking, Interspecies Reviewers, any of the Ghibli movies, etc.
