this is a review of the EP integrations 2.0 annealer i got in the other day.
it's a torch annealing machine that cost me 480$ tax and shipping Canadian. In this video, I'll talk about what i think of it, why i went for this one instead of buying something different, and how it seems to look and work.
i think this is going to be a good piece of equipment to keep for now, seeing the cost was at a good price, and it seems to be well built and worth the money.
i'll paste a link here for anyone that wants to look into buying one, and let me know if you've used one and what do you think of them? is it worth it. i've also added a link for the aztec mark II induction annealer, and the bench source annealer for anyone interested in what the prices would be like in canadian dollars for either annealing machine compared to this annealer.

I do the time thing with my cell phone about 7/8 seconds is all you need…I researched how long to anneal brass. I watched a video from Vortex Optics on proper annealing brass. I have the EP Integration annealed for about two years.

Been looking at this exact unit, seems the best bang for the buck by far. I don’t want the hassle of the Bench Source two flames even though it’s very well built otherwise, the Annealeze seems to require lots of fidgeting and has had performance issues, and the nice AMP is just too much money given how much I shoot. The only thing I’d need to see if they offer a bottle bracket for the fat green camping bottles of propane. I have a lot of those I’d like to use, rather than having to buy the standard tall skinny bottles the supplied clamp is for. In any case, appreciate the unboxing review! 👍

The EP Integration annealing machine is simple and easy to use, and it gets the job done! 2 years now for me.

i use the glow method for mine. once that is worked out i stay with it

Just retired myself so don’t need anything too expensive for more automated. Have you tried the mandrel’s for the power drill and the torch? Good luck!

i started that way, used a drill with a socket on the end that fit the brass. but, i seen these and they werent that bad of a price. so i decided to same myself some headaches and get one. i must say dealing with todd from EP was a good investment that didnt cost me a pension cheque. if you have a interest in them you should looking into them good machine for the price. thanks for the comment and please dont forget to subscribe. Good to know, I had purchase the Mandels from Little Crow Gunworks and was going to give it a try using the power drill. Then started seeing the annealers similar to the one you purchase and been double thinking the process. Well best to you from Omaha, NE and have nice remaining summer.
