I normally film my swing in slow motion. I think the app has improved. I love this app. I saw another review that just destroyed the app saying you can’t fix a swing without setting ball flight?! You can move your hips, head, and swing like a baseball club and a good coach can work with you on that without you ever hitting a ball. Anyway, glad to see you give it a decent review.

Recorded 3 swings so far. First one was an 8, then 7.8 then 5.9 for "too much butt movement". Thing is, the 3rd one was my straightest and longest 6-Iron ha. Gotta twerk if you want pure shots. The app does seem helpful to make you aware that we all overswing and the byproduct of that are things out of line and out of place. Look forward to more swing coaching.
