Ingredients:
Poached Egg
1 avocado
1/8 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1 large egg
½ tsp olive oil
2 bread slices
Ingredients:
Sunnyside-up
2 bread slices
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves
½ cup tomato
Instructions for poached egg:
1. Mash an avocado and mix in lime juice to preserve both color and freshness
2. Prepare poached egg in a pot with water and vinegar for 3 minutes and 10 seconds then remove from heat
3. Drizzle olive oil in pan, toast bread
4. Brush garlic on bread, spread avocado, sprinkle salt and a few drops of olive oil
5. Place poached egg on top and sprinkle roasted red chili and pepper before serving
6. Ready to enjoy!
Instructions for sunnyside-up:
1. Cut out the center of two bread slices
2. Place on pan and toast with butter
3. Crack the eggs into the circle
4. Add salt and pepper
5. Remove egg from heat
6. Stir fry sliced garlic and tomato pieces
7. Add salt and pepper
8. Garnish with green onions
9. Ready to enjoy!
