►Ingredients:
1 lb of New Zealand green mussels.
1 cup Kewpie Mayo or any mayo you may have in your fridge.
2 tbsp Sriracha
1/2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Masago (fish eggs)
Chopped Green Onions
1 tsp Cayenne (optional)

Dry off the mussels as much as possible after you wash and clean them.
