I did a close to stock size Maganflow on my 2003 F250. I loved the sound as did everyone. Was just a bit more than stock , zero drone. I do like the sound of the MBRP but have no interest in moving the exhaust exit forward of rear wheel. I don’t care about dual exhaust or dual tips. I will probably just have a professional shop change out the stock muffler. Just looking for a little louder than stock and NO drone.

I did the Blackheart Hooker from Holley a single cat back stainless steel. 3" straight-through muffler with resonator on the tip. Too loud and too much drone so I added a resonator for 100. Still straight through and performance is still there. Sound is perfect, no drone. Cost: All in about 740. Next choice was the duals from Hooker for another 220 or so: awesome sound in videos but probably drony as well. I don't know about you but I don't want my truck sounding like every other muffler delete landscapers truck and the drone was intolerable. Invest in what you want or leave it alone. I've spent over 10k on upgrades to this 2016 5.0 xlt FX4 302A pkg in the last 3 years. New trucks are so expensive! This truck would retail for 57k today. Leather, Husky interor mats and bed mat, folding aluminum bedcover, Luverne Grille Guard, 13klb winch and mounting plate behind bumper, Grille, Headlights, Wheels and tires,(2019 Raptors custom painted to change appearance cuz they ugly stock with 295-70-17 (33.3) Bilstein Shocks, Cold air Intake, EMP arrestor, Camera, Swing in toolbox. I paid 25k plus the upgrades and put 40k miles on it. I'm in Real estate sales and this is my primary driver along with a 2020 Cadillac Escalade (6.2 litre linked to 10 spd tranny is badass) as my client hauler and presentation unit. I'll do a video of the truck soon. Love trucks, I could lose the escalade and have another truck: Denali with the 6.2 or the RAM Longhorn. I do like fords but not committed and they are hard to find nowadays. However With market declining who knows...lose the caddy? Damn sure before the truck

I have a muffle delete on my truck right now, the drone isn’t too bad not as you would expect because the exhaust is so far back behind the truck

@@ProfessorMikee I have a 2013. I am debating between either doing a muffler delete. Or I was thinking about taking the resonator out and replacing all that narrowed pipe with a 3-in pipes would be 3 in the whole way and leaving the stock muffler on. (Until I can afford something better) most of the cat back kits are the 3-in pipe and that way I'd be set up to basically do that. I'm just wondering how much drone I would get taking the resonator out. Maybe I'm better off just taking out the muffler
