On another note, I want to use Ras al Hanout as the dry rub and that apricot/prune syrup you used on the tagine recipe for these bbq ribs.. I think Ill try it and report back.

Wa iyyakum. You can buy peach nectar from Amazon or local store. Yes, you can also blend peaches from tin and use that. Adjust the consistency with a touch of water.
