The easiest way to setup a Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl Randomizer! This works for both Yuzu and Switch btw, you just gotta drag the folders into a folder in atmosphere labeled properly! The ID names for the folders are in the description and I hope it helps you guys out!

When i get to the part im meant to open the mods folder, it doesn't have the romfs and exefs folder it has "atmosphererandomizer" and "emulatorrandomizer" folders in there

Were you able to figure this out? I came to the same problem and was not able to get it figured out. I just thought it was because i was using ryu.

Sorry, but where does the exefs file come from aroun 3:50. Edit: Nevermind, it showed up when I repeated from dumping the rom. Think I had to be very particular in where and how I saved the randomizer. Made sure to save it desktop this time and not in same folder as game or update. Although, Yuzu does close whenever I try to start the game with the randomizers. Everything else I'm getting is the same though. Final Edit: Works if I don't check the 60FPS option in the randomizer. Was unable to update to 1.1.3, so that may have had something to do with. Hope this also helps the future people.

i just cant get my starters to change it says the pokemon its supposed to be but its always the original. I figured it out i was on update 1.3 when i went back down it works now

anyone want to explain how to do this with ryujunx now that yuzu is dead? I've tried extracting with ryujinx and following these steps but to no avail.

You need yuzu to get the randomizer files but this does work with cfw! Once you get to the part where you put it in yuzu, you instead go to atmosphere-> contents on ur cfw and make a folder with the id of diamond or pearl (id in description) and place them in folders of their own in there

@@NeedelsModsso make the folder on my CFW - (contents with diamond id). what do I paste into that folder? The romFS file I just randomized? When I use the randomizer, I select the RomFS file off my desktop for my dump file as the folder it makes you pick when you click “randomize”

i have a question. What does the randomize moveset do? will it just give pokemon completely random moves, or it will give them SOME(important) moves that is the same type as them with some random moves.
