I recommend switching out the Footlight Fiend for Serrated Scorpion adds more damage and life gain.

Always good to see less popular decks. I've actually built a lot of pauper decks so I can play against a few of my buddies who are terrible deck makers. They have the hundreds of commons as they are also old school players but just make bad decks.

I prefer the 4 crypt rat and 4 serrated scorpion build. The gameplan of getting a bunch of Footlight/Perilous Myr/Scorpions into play and then blowing up the world with a big rat activation is fantastic. Either that or go with the Mortician Beetle/Carrion feeder package. I think the deck just needs a little more oomph to close out the game outside of the bone pickers. Blood Fountain is a little slow, but seems decent enough as a 1-of. For this type of effect, I like Reaping the Graves in conjunction with Snuff Outs (to up the storm count for free).

1:01:00 I thought you would have just played bone picker after then next turn attack, then unearth crypt rats to finish them off. You get the faerie instead.

Watch your videos fairly often and enjoy your deck building. But do us a favor and stop drinking into the microphone. The constant slurping is annoying.
