I have M6 GC...what he said at 4:26 is absolutely it. Just something more balanced and aggressive about the 4 door version of the car. People keep asking me what I'll get next but I'm in love with the car I can't think past it.
You hit the nail on the head. The m6 gran coupe is just perfectly proportioned and does look better than the normal 6 gran coupe. I wish they popped that v8 engine into the current F80/F82🤔 It's also quite a shame BMW recently made a 5series GT and called it the new 6 series. Great video, enjoy your content.
Joe, the music literally blew my ear drums out. Just some friendly advice from one content creator to other. Can you make mix the track to match evenly across the board, I'm deaf from those sound cuts.

I'm gonna be honest, I'm not just saying this to suck up to you, but pretty much almost anything you say I feel like it's important information, I don't know why but that's just how I feel. Don't feel that way about anyone else. Which is why I want to squeeze out as much info from you as possible.
Having driven both, I agree that BMW M-DCT transmission is right up there with PDK. For manual shifting, it's a draw for me. The edge goes to PDK's automatic modes which seem to always be in the right gear. Great vid Joe! The vid quality is CRISP as always
I couldnt agree with you more. Not just because i have this car but ive had other BMWs in the past including an F10 M5 but my M6 Gran Coupe is easily the best car ive ever owned!
your friend specced the M6 very poorly, the interior is absolutely breathtaking with Full Merino leather, and probably the best in the industry up until AMG GT 4 door... The car you have looks like it uses dakota leather, which is absolute dog shit compared to Merino lol (4000$ package), then every inch is leather covered with the best quality high grain leather.
Austin I currently have an M5 with the V10 and I'm always debating selling it for a GTR lol. If GTRs were cheaper I probably would've done it by now. But as you know, the V10 is a masterpiece. Tough choice.
I just got done filming some m6/5s yesterday, some people I met at a cars and coffee were doing highway runs and a 700hp beat the m6 by two or three car lengths

love the m6 GC, wish to pick one up before the end of the year with a manual tranny, considering it'll soon be replaced by the m8 as well as no longer offering a manual to the m6 the same way they no longer offered It in the m5 after 2016. it'll go well in my garage with my personal favorites the e60 m5 and E63 m6.
we have one at my home. most beautiful car, my dream is to purchase it from my step father and also purchase a aston vanquish. the combo of those two will be the most drop dead ever. frozen bronze metallic with canyon brown interior.
There's nothing to compare the M2 to? 1 Series M Coupe?? But great video! Only thing I dislike on the M6 are the front lights.. from the side they just look so weird...
Joe there is a car to compare the m6 back to, its the older m6 with the v10. but in my experiences, in both cars the new TT v8 m6 blows the v10 outta the water. Also Used to own an e60 M5 with the NA v10 motor and it was a lovely car, you should review one.
