🎂 Brownies with blackcurrant
Calculation for a 25cm x12cm mold.
🍪Brownies:
170 g butter (6 oz, 82% fat content or higher)
150 g sugar (1/3 lb)
150 g cane sugar (1/3 lb)
150 gr. eggs (3 eggs)
130 gr. flour (4.6 oz)
45 gr. cocoa powder (1.6 oz)
salt
100 gr blackcurrants (3.6 oz)
Prepare the brownies.
🔥 Turn on the oven to 340F.
🌸 Prepare the mold: make a foil bottom, place the mold on the baking tray.
🌸 Beat softened butter, add sugar - white and cane, mix. Add slightly warm eggs, mix again.
🌸Add the flour, salt, cocoa powder sifted through a sieve. Stir until smooth.
🌸Add frozen currants, mix quickly. Place the dough in a mold, lightly flatten, and bake in a preheated 340F oven for 30-35 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
🌸Remove the cooled brownies from the mold and slice with a bread knife.
