Should note that "I choose cataclysm because it does the most dmg" may be true if you are solo, but remember that you can block the dmg of 5 other in your grp when throwing the slowa instead of vortex. So just keep that in mind

I thought my armor was good until I put that -20 discipline fragment on lol great cover of a classic. The build always carries me through GMs. Even better now that vortex got a buff!

I’ve been running void warlock with necrotic grip and osteo. Sometimes I switch out to Le’Monarche. I feel like a monster.

I love this build as well as nothing manacles build. Void is a blast and I love playing it!

Vortex in some situations (given a specific encounter or mechanics) can actually end up dealing more damage than cataclysm, albeit only slightly. 1. Both supers have similar damage outputs. 2. Vortex CAN be better, if the boss isnt coded to move out of aoe. Misinformation is bad, especially on a class that is in a "Melting Point" meta state and only recently received a damage super worth taking. One last note, depending on the boss/encounter vortex can cause crit damage from weapons to apply as normal body shots, bungo cant code.

im using echo of cessation over echo of expulsion feels much nicer with final blows and void breaches spawn

Also, when I don’t know if that’s true, but I’ve heard several people say cataclysm his buck. If they’re sure to get you where they had the Kataklysm message coming they never have step. That’s what I’ve heard. I haven’t asked for that but die I’ve heard sometimes you can use your Kataklysm and you get nothing out of it.

I use unforgiven but I got the over sheild one so my survivability is on another lvl

Cataclysm bomb doesn't do considerably more damage than Vortex.

will this work without the gloves? im really struggling to find a nice void build i can run when i dont have any of the exotic armours needed

Funnel web lacks range, overall not as great as using in my opinion, AR Gnawing Hunger! I run a similar Warrlock Void build you have here using my Legacy energy, Gnawing Hunger AR. Trust me when I say that GH Auto tears up Void buffed targets. Try it in your build and you will see magic!

Why aren’t you using the artifact mod that gives you a damage buff on your void weapons for each charged ability? You’ll always have your grenade, you’ll always have you melee (it’s trash), and you can get your rift back pretty quick too these days…. Just a thought. If you use that you can free your boots up for innervation or whatever else you want to put on….

What’s the best jump build for warlock as I’ve only played a hunter and Titan in both destiny 1 and 2 for the past 9 years and I’m really struggling with the jump it’s so different and frustrating I’m on the first mission in the WQ campaign and I don’t think I’ll be able to complete it i suck as a warlock 😂🤣😂

Vortex grenades are a good option and contraverse holds will always be a good exotic . But best void lock ? I been playing warlock since day one , I play all 3 characters but warlock .... Anyhow try nothing manicles now . Highest burst damage of all warlock grenades and with the right set up you can through grenades back to back to back etc and you get your super very very fast . I used this solo in the the vex caliber mission , made it a joke to beat! . Not trolling you I enjoy your content and it's hard to come up with a title to get views for the builds . I get it .

Great now all we need is an actual melee for the voidwalker subclass and not this purple nut ball that procs a defect but does -300 dmg

I’m on clearway when going over the seasonal artifact, you skipped boy web for channeling. Didn’t talk about it and weren’t running it. It’s a no-brainer Joe, something with avoid weapon get a damage. If you’re almost always going to have at least one ability and I’m pretty sure and include your are super as well as your class ability your malleability and jar and includes all your abilities I believe, so why would you not be running in until 10% minimum of a town percent damage post

Vortex Nova is genuinely better for any kind of group activity, particularly raids and dungeons, because Cataclysm blocks shots from your allies.

Why no grenade kickstart? Every other void warlock build runs at least one. Just wondering why you chose to not use it

there's also no reason to not use double special with this loadout, since your grenades are killing everything.

Major trying to throw his manager name just passed for which means every time we talk I need your kickstarts are going to go off using a grenade. I are on our church so you’re not gonna have armor charges to shoot in between because you just used Velma and then when you get your head back, yeah and I’m down for that keeping your armor chargers from decaying wants the appointment that they’re never going to be there. You’re constantly going to pick it up a new one thrown another grenade, using a parable charges when the point is, you’re gonna you’re only going to have armor charges between throwing grenade you throw grenade they’re gone do you wanna pick up some more oranges gonna get them back but meanwhile you’re not gonna have them search. Groceries are going to be thrown a bunch of grenades off of kickstart then you need to not use K area now you surges and you’re going to use surges you need to not use kickstart.

Dial isn’t a grenade already going to make them all atoll or is that the singularity singularity made some volatile right or am I wrong something Mason volatile even if you don’t have a little rounds, don’t your abilities make them volatile for winter grenade, Arnie make them volatile and when they die, they explode anyway, right Also aren’t you already mining for that you’re picking up oh orbs all over the place and don’t you have the Cesar fag Sorock to give you devour when backing up an orb and Valto rounds when picking up an orb, so why do you need mom feed the dog whatever why not use child of the old gods among Get the the weakening off of that instead of undermining if you’re something else in place of undermining, I don’t know why you’re the expert, but seems to me like expulsion and undermining are wasted because while you’re going to be throwing grenades everywhere and might not have one ready till we can or a boss you’re not gonna be using your class ability hardly at all Because you don’t need to heal. Clearly I will devour going 24 seven so you’ll have that ready at all times when you have a boss you drop are a raft and you get all that extra donated in class energy and Billy energy off of the dog leaching that’s going on wash your weekend, but you also have two more aspects that you could find something better to put in those because you’re already going to be making them volatile with your abilities so they’re already going to explode and you’re also going to be exploding them when you shoot them because you’re gonna have multiple rounds going almost all the time
