GOOD GRIEF i can't believe nobody not even the youtube whales like talbot or driftos have demonstrated how this works, how to configure it, nothin'. Not only that, one HUGE selling factor for me is that you can power the radio via LiOn connector in the battery compartment or via USB from a power bank. Thank you for the this information! the throttle trim usually is adjustable to have no reverse only brakes, for racing situations. among other things. I'm re-learning everything from 30 years ago. the response is much better with this guy, i can't wait to get the new servo in, it just doesn't do the receiver justice.
Having the Gyro is way cool. It's hard for me to hold a straight line with my Typhon and your video was excellent in explaining how the gyro works. It a great upgrade.
Yes BTTF! I got my V2 early and it still came with the much nicer Tactic TTX300, but I've used the Spektrum STX2 on my nephew's cheap ECX and the X6 is worlds better!
What's up bro, awesome video I just installed this exact same system on my Typhon v4 6s but I'm having trouble setting the steer endpoints using the DumboRc x6 Gyro. Any tips bro? I'm also in SoCal lol.
wow this gyro can be turned on and off plus gains adjusted while driving... how good is this gyro system compared to more expensive units???i would think any car would handle a track much better if gyro was set just right... this tech makes me want to get back into hobby... thanks
Just got one of these for my 100mph rc - it's almost impossible to keep in a straight line as fish tails all over the shop when it's pinned - hoping the gyro at 100% will help keep it in a straight line
I'm dying to buy one. But my car has 2 steering servos. My receiver has 2 channel 2s. I've been looking to see if I can combine channels with this remote...but haven't seen anything

@@ThePurpleBenchRC the gyro doesn't even need calibrating? I presume the receiver itself should be locked in place, otherwise it will give faulty infos...
I just got the adjustable motor mount and 20t pinion for my typhon. Seems like the gear mesh is way too tight. You can feel the resistance when you try to roll it or when I run it it feels like there is s drag break holding it back.
Yah bro, these Arrmas r definitely setup with tight mesh. Some ppl dremel the plate holes a bit to create some space. I'll be picking up an adjustable motor mount soon, along with some different size pinions to play with :)
When I turn off the transmitter while the car is on, sometimes its goes crazy full throttle. Anyone faced the same thing?, or I just have a defected unit?
Ahmed with the radio and car when the car is not running press the tiny button at one side of your receiver until the green led stops blinking. When you switch off your radio even while your is running it should return automatically to neutral
So does the stock transmitter spektrum slt3 are not far as dumbo rc? But yeah my slt3 away from 50m ahead seems laggin eventho i alrdy calibrate the servo n throttle...
