I mess with this workout heavyyy definitely more simplified than some of your previous ones! Some of the older ones are OD and way tougher but you gotta love it, keep doin ur thang Obi!

Good exercise choice. Just 1 tip: reverse grip bench press with barbell works amazingly well for me. Its a little bit tricky for the grip, but its worth it and its a fantastic exercise for chest development. And does wonders with triceps and forearm strength as well.
