If you asked me to close my eyes and describe the tastes that bring me back to my childhood, there is nothing more descriptive than the flavors, textures and smells of Chinese Braised Oxtail Stew. Garlic, soy, ginger, star anise, sherry and cinnamon marry together with meat so flavorful and tender you will simply close your eyes and say "mmmmm."
