However, this recipe is much easier than other chocolate chip cookie recipes.
You just melt the butter and mix all the ingredients.

* Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
* Keep all ingredients at room temperature.
* If you reduce the sugar, the cracks won't make well.
* Replace some of the dark chocolate with nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.) to reduce sweetness.
* Dark chocolate makes it melt in the dough, and chocolate chips make it more chewy. Please choose according to your preference.
* Muscovado is more delicious when it comes in, but if you do not have it, replace it with brown sugar.
▶ Materials (about 18 ~ 19 cookies with 8cm diameter)
115 g of butter,
80 g of white sugar,
120 g of muscova,
55 g of eggs,
170 g of all-purpose flour,
2 g baking soda,
200 g of dark coverture chocolate or chocolate chips,
3 g of vanilla extract,
2 g of salt
1) Add muscovada, white sugar and salt to the melted butter and mix well with a whisk until the butter is evenly mixed.
2) Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix with a whisk.
3) Add flour and baking soda and mix until the powder is not visible.
4) Add the dark chocolate and mix. Put the wrap and rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
* You can rest in the refrigerator for about 24 hours.
5) Form the hard dough into 45 ~ 50g each with cookie scoop. Make sure to leave enough space between the dough as it spreads a lot while baking.
* If you do not have a cookie scoop, please round your hands.
* Cookie scoop is 5cm in diameter.
6) Bake 8-10 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius. (Unox Convection Oven)
* For non-convection ovens, increase the temperature by 10 degrees.
* Don't panic if you've baked it and don't have any cracks. If you take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool, they will crack.
* Overcooking makes the outside and inside completely hard. Do not cook too much.
8) Freshly baked cookies are soft and brittle, so let them cool on the pan until they cool completely.
