Chocolate cupcake
2 ounces (or 1/3c) chopped chocolate / chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sour cream
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/2c canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
whipped ganache frosting (2:1 ratio)
2c chopped chocolate
1c all purpose or heavy whippipng cream
(melt together then rested for few hours or overnight before whipping)
