Great video and excellent explanation! Just getting into cigars about a couple of years and with your video was in my feed to which I have appreciation for the information and learning a lot! Thanks New subbie😊
Very good video. Lots useful and clear information. I haven’t tried any one of these. I’ll try them for sure. Please keep making good cigar videos. 👍👍👍👍👍
Can't mention My Father without talking about the Flor de Las Antillas. It is still my favorite blend from My Father and was also an award winner by CA.
My top 3 cigars are Padron, Plascencia and Perdomo (best value). But what do I know ,have been smoking cigars for 55 years and lived in Cuba for two years. Mention for Cohiba and Romeo and Julietta but only strictly from Nicaragua, Nicaragua puros.
I absolutely love Padron and Perdomo as well - in fact, I have a video coming up featuring the Perdomo Champagne as one of my major influences when I first got into cigars!
@lorraineperron4840 You really can't go wrong with the three P's. They are all great brands for different reasons and I keep them all in my humidor. Then again, based on your last name, maybe you have a thing for words that begin with the letter P...🤔
I love foundations whole vibe and set up, but I hated the tabernacle. All I got was a pepper, spice bomb and was almost my first cigar that I actually tossed. I'm hoping the olmec I'm holding onto will correct this
That’s really interesting, because at first I had a somewhat similar reaction. But then I laid down a few in my humidor for about six months and they were stellar. I think it was how the first one was stored at the shop I bought it at that threw it off.
@@luckycharms3504 absolutely. More specifically about my first experience with Tabernacle - this particular shop was a smoke-in humidor, and honestly I felt like the lack of circulation and smell really impacted the cigars that weren’t in cellophane.
@@luckycharms3504 that’s interesting! I know everyone has different palate, so I guess to each their own. I had the Tabernacle with the Havana seed and loved that. Also, I tend to smoke fast and had to really slow down to really appreciate the Tabernacle.
Think if you liked cigars 100 years ago? Sure there were Cubans around, but look at how easy to drive to your local shop and pick from hundreds of choices.
