I just wanted to share my thoughts on this. I am in the field of health and nutrition and I often look and see what my peers are doing to stay current. It depends on how much your health and time is worth to you. This person has taken the time and has put in place it’s simple and easy to follow program. If this video is the reason you change your one day into day one of a healthier and happier you then I think it’s a bargain.

You could eat that $250.00 on a random Tuesday night outing with friends, shoes, clothes and everything else but $250.00 is insane for a meal plan? One Starbucks drink is $8.00 and people buy that crap, cigarettes, and beer regularly but want stuff that is life preserving as expensive. Boo. That $250.00 is worth it this lady’s time is not free

People got to make money 🤷🏾‍♀️ it’s just the way it works. Honestly, it takes more effort but if you refuse to pay for something someone else already worked out, work it out yourself💯 do your research and take your time.

Thank you for sharing this encouraging video! I want to learn how to stop my cravings for sugar addiction. I need to learn how to say no to sugar. I need to learn how to eat clean.

The absolute most important thing to do to stop sugar cravings is to nourish your body. If your body is lacking nutrients it will "scream" for a quick fix.

Looks like you put a ton of work into this! It looks awesome. I can't afford it right now, but I'll definitely keep it in mind for later. Thanks for the free recipes you have out. I printed out one or two, and I'm grateful for the new tools in my belt. Also, while I obviously can't control the snarky jerks who have commented here, I feel the need to say that I'm sorry you have to put up with that while making content about which you're obviously passionate. You handle them gracefully.

I also know from many people who already followed the plan that it essentially paid itself because there is no food waste and 0 money spent eating out so that makes me very happy of course. Would love to try this but during these difficult times, it’s just way out of my price range and I’m sure for many others. I know you can’t put a price on health, but it’s very expensive. It would also be good to see the menu ahead of purchase. Ty!

Hi Belinda, you absolutely get what you pay for and more but I understand it's expensive. I have more affordable options in form of e-books. They are the exact same thing only without videos and without much of the theory behind the program but they are a fully calculated meal plan for 21 days. I used to have such bad diet where I’d eat like sausage rolls pies and coke everyday . I have a massive sweet tooth and I have constant cravings for cake and ice cream. Overall I think I’m healthy but I have a dairy addiction. The first meal of my day is cereal and milk, then coffee and milk. The only fruit I have is lemonade and the only vegetable I’ve had is pickles and tomato sauce. Then for lunch I have a beef burger and some yummy hot cheese . Then I have yogurt then ice cream for desert but at least I’m adding berries to it now. Just simple changes, nothing fancy and it don’t cost a thing. That green juice stuff looks like 🤮. Diets are stupid . If you eat yummy food you will eat it slower to savour the taste and therefore you will digest it better.

Meal preps don't work for me. After the second day, the food just tastes blah. I have tried it on a couple of occasions thinking that i would be ok eventually but it never works. I also can't seem to follow recipes. I just need to know what I can eat and how much - and also not what to eat. But that is a personal opinion nowadays. For example, bacon is natural. Its directly from the pig (as opposed to the fewer calorie turkey bacon which is not natural). Most people would tell you to steer away from bacon but I love it and only eat 1-2 slices when I do eat it. I also get my meats from Butcher Box. The fallacy alot of diet guru's will go along with is that a food like bacon should be avoided because its too fatty, too many calories, and is not good if you want to keep your cholesterol down. Thing is, cholesterol is only a problem in your body when inflammatory foods are eaten and your bodies own cholesterol goes to the inflammatory site for the rescue and ends up staying there and becoming part of the plaque that is found in your food - its not necessarily the food itself. I know a fair amount of information about foods and such - I guess its more of a lack of motivation. I eat when I am hungry. I eat what my brain tells me I will be satisfied with. But that might not always be a good choice. It is common sense that anything that is high on the glycemic index is gong to spile your insulin and surprisingly, there are always alot of diet related foods on various programs. My question is this: Does you program consist of recipes? Does it suggest physical activity? What about food substitutions for picky eaters? Without telling us your whole plan, give us a little more insight into the plan itself and I think more of us might take the chance.

I have to lose at least half my body weight and I am hoping to do that over the next maybe 15 months. I'm trying to do mostly vegan

I'm so happy to read that you are setting realistic expectations with your time-frame. Losing weight "fast" like a lot of people want is rarely the best approach. Losing weight slow but consistently is definitely the best approach. Make sure that if you are going vegan you do A LOT of research on nutrition so you can stick to it. To eat vegan you need to make sure you understand the basic principles of a macro-nutritional approach to eating so you can nourish your body properly and don't fall into binge eating due to malnutrition. I'm rooting for you!!!

Unfortunately, after 30 years of being pescatarian, I'm not willing to eat cow, pork, turkey, chicken, lamb etc. and I read that the program cannot successfully be made meatless and still be balanced. I don't need to loose weight, but I was open to paying for meal plans and grocery lists for the simplicity of a pre-done healthy plan...if the meals were vegetarian or pescatarian. I'm sure this will be helpful to a lot of folks that eat land animal meat - if they follow through on the plan!

Thank you for your feedback, I totally understand that this plan isn't for everybody. Unfortunately, it was a huge time-investment to create it obviously so I had to choose one way. Out of curiosity, why not replace every meat protein with a fish/seafood of choice? Many studies, including those from the Blue Zone, identify the advantages, including longevity, with eating limited amount of meat and relying on fish or plant proteins. Take the example video from this meal plan: how about a fillet of salmon instead of 2 chicken thighs? That is delicious, healthy, and perfectly balanced.

I am pregnant in my first trimester and my BMI is really high, would your recipes help me maintain my weight during this pregnancy? I don't want to gain more than i should.

I always recommend discussing diet changes when sick or pregnant with your doctor but that being said, I'm convinced this diet will help nourish you and your baby. Discuss how many calories you should be eating with your doctor and then adjust the program to your needs. You will love it.

I notice on your site that a lot of the recipes listed as sneak peaks of what you’ll get include crock pots and instapots or other appliances. I live in a small apartment and don’t have room for all these extra things. Are there alternatives given or would this program be a waste for me because I don’t have all the kitchen gadgets?

Anything and everything cooked in an Instant Pot or Slow Cooker can always be cooked in a regular pot on the stove. I use the appliances because it makes my life easier in the kitchen but they are absolutely not necessary to follow the program. If you need help converting recipes to stovetop just let me know. Essentially all you have to do is add 1/4-1 cup extra liquid depending on the cooking time to account for evaporation, follow all the same instructions, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover with the lid, and let simmer until done.
