You will need:
8 Medium sized Jalepenos ( 200g ), washed and pat dried.
120g Cream cheese
1/2 cup grated white cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon green onion seasoning or to taste
( use chopped chives, salt and white pepper if this is not available)
1/2 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
For the coating:
1/2 cup plain flour
2 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
Note:
1. Feel free to use a flavoured cream cheese if you like.
