I have watched it a million times, okay not that much, but a lot. Even though I know everybody ends up okay, I still react as though I have not seen it before. The big lifts are in an outstanding category but the intricate, between the moment, on time with the minimalistic music is equally outstanding. Just beautiful choreography! 💗

He deserves the mirror ball no dance experience and he grows every week. They sell it. I know Jojo and Jenna are the best but Iman has the most inspiring journey. Daniella is insanely good and her choreography is brilliant. Their lifts are breathtaking

My favorite part is when he lifts her and moves his head to check where the stairs are before he skips down the stairs merrily as if she weighs absolutely nothing 😂 I'm obsessed with this number I can't stop watching it!

With no prior dance experience, like love watching jojo I think she’s great but like Iman with no prior dance experience pulling off this amazing number (maybe biased because I love contemporary) but like I’ve watched it so many times it’s truly a work of art

I love how the choreography is all built around utilizing his height what with her climbing on him and him carrying her. It was brilliantly done! I haven't watched in ages and I kinda feel bad I missed this xD

This dance was perfect for him due to the height difference with his partner. He actually has the advantage for this performance because he's so big that he could swing her around like it's nothing. Side note, the trust she has with him is amazing because it could've went horribly wrong.

Have you seen the movie this was inspired by? "Us". All of the things you are saying it reminds you of is actually in the movie. The characters moved and were creepy like this. Yes, Maddie is dope but a lot of movie inspiration as well. Seeing it makes this performance even more epic!!!

This has been by far my fav. And I just can’t get enough!! I am so grateful I get to watch it over and over again. Iman was definitely serving it!! And I share Derek’s passionate response to this dance. 🥰 🕺

Hi Jordan. I absolutely agree with you. I watched it the other night and was so impressed and stunned by this incredible contemporary piece. Iman moves right in the music with Dani and she choreographed a perfect piece utilizing his strengths and her own. I was absolutely amazed and so happy for them both. It is right on track with the movie feels. This man can really move so smoothly. Impressive and well deserving of those perfect scores. Face !

I’m an Teyana Stan so I love Iman. But I’m also a dancer & this was the dance I wanted for Iman. The height difference of their pairing has been awkward & slightly unfair for him

I don't watch DWTS since they got rid of Erin & Tom, but was told to see this dance and I am so glad I did. The chills of the choreography was over the MOON! This is what I miss on the show, the partnering that meshes like they do and I hope they go far, as this dance just showed a small tip of the iceberg of what they can do.

I have watched it over 10 times just to figure out the choreo and the various steps that went into the number. The first 2 seconds had me...I was scared with the holding of her neck and him going down those stairs. Then the grabbing her by her feet and twirling her around like a circle of run... I was like..oh please don't drop her. My was on the edge of my feet and scared by their energy (in a good way) and their acting abilities in dance. The best of the best. History... here.

Basketball players tend not to do well on here because they are so tall and they are almost...embarrassed by their heights in this setting (ex: Clyde the Glide). Plus, she is so short- such a difference in height but as someone else said, they made their difference work for them. He really did a great job.

I'm obsessed with this performance, and Iman's journey overall this season. He is doing an amazing job, I would not be mad if he won the whole thing. I agree about Suni as well. She is so technically perfect but there is no emotion and I feel like that brings down the performance. Her paso doble was actually kind of boring because that dance is supposed to have a lot passion behind it and she had zero.

I'm not a coach but just a dance lover. But I can't understand this performance. He lifted up his pro partner a lot of times but he didn't dance one single step. The show is Dancing with the stars.. but where is the dance here?

The partnering was good. The choreography, music etc made the dance. The quality of his dancing? Not wonderful. Very overrated.

Exactly, this choreo was ripped off from Travis Wall works and especially looks like Maddie Ziegler with him on SYTYCD kids or Jenna dancing with Travis. They danced it well, but I think some credit was due on the choreography.
