MainMan: devil jin is nerfed he is no longer playable. Momo with dj: I beg your pardon? Edit: No hate to main man or Momo all I am trying to say that is even with devil jin's nerf's its not stopping Momo from taking his crazy jin to the higher level GG to bot players and MASKU
Considering that Momodog is one of the best mishimas and MainMan is nowhere near one of the best mishimas, and MainMan was dominating this set, yes, that means DVJ is nerfed too much.
Do you think that despite Devil Jin’s nerfs, that he can still be playable? I think Momo’s making Devil Jin work and you gotta admire someone’s character loyalty to still make a character look good and OP, despite being weakened.
Dude of course Devil Jin is still playable. Sure he might be bottom 10 or bottom 5 but in THIS game being at the bottom means you're still playable, still somewhat strong with EWGF and hellsweep, still perfecttly functional. Just takes 10x the effoet to make him work
I was reading the comments on this other video, and there was a fella that was convinced that Devil Jin’s demon paw was busted and overpowered pre nerf lol.
crazy to watch the amount of respect they have just standing in each others face not taking actions for a second. In my rank purple, people are hardcore mashing.
@@lilq34567890 yeah fought some 200k rated people and they’re too fluid with it. Exciting to see a fighting game with such a high skill ceiling. So many options.
I like that there is another one of these sets that was played except Momo-dog won that one. I'm a huge fan of both Devil Jin and Kazuya and these two play peak versions of each. Very nice. 👌
The difference. though is you can play more than one characters a lot of these Streamers only play one character maybe two or three That takes a lot of skill, especially at that type of level.
I need help, suggestions, Should i continue hwaroang rank up and learn about him more and cuz hes cool or change to yoshimitsu cuz he's cool and all and interested
why does momo and qudans use b2,3 in neutral so much? its a HIGH mid string. 14:50 momo uses this string in neutral and loses 50% he then spring kicks...... AND DOES B2,3 IMMEDIATELY AGAIN??? gets counterhit by 1,1,2 because its i14... its a bad string to use in neutral but i see djs doing it i feel like im taking crazy pills
It's almost impossible to duck, is only ducked upon luck. They spam it in heat only cuz it's a heat extender upon pressing forward after the input. It also does a lot of chip damage if blocked. Anyone who manages to duck the first hit doesn't really see it coming, they just chance it.
He did Kazuya dittos with Knee in 7 and almost took a few games, very close matches, and took a few games off Arslan in 8. he's the best non pro you're likely to play against in ranked.
19:16 count the amount of b4 MMS did in this set to counter SSL .. The answer is ZERO !! MMS complains a lot without utilizing all the moves and tools the character has
Maybe? In a Tekken 8 sense perhaps. Devil Jin was basically the same since Tekken 5-7 in terms of strategy and gameplay but now he is quite different with his new tools. They want you to use his new kit based on the changed moves so for Qudan’s old habits die hard. It would be better to not have DVJ experience and start fresh with this version. If they never changed and “adjusted” what they did before the heat smash nerf then I think that Momo would no doubt be the strongest DVJ player that we know of.
It's always nice to watch a match in which the players respect each other and time runs out because of technical play and not turtling. At Bushin and below, players do not stop pressing buttons. Like at all.
@@noshgaming They did a set and Qudans beat him lol. They are back and forth taking #1 in leaderboards though. In all honesty, if you wanna talk about fundamentals and not the gimmick setups, i think Qudans is a scary mf when it comes to playing classic Devil Jin style. Dude is just a menace when it comes to pokes and incoming hellsweeps everytime.
