As a kid I used to think this guy was the best dunker the world had ever seen. While he did have at least a 40 inch vertical, he wasn’t pushing 50 like the best dunkers today are. What separates him was his impeccable body control. The man had the perfect gifts to be a receiver or DB in the NFL. I’m sure he has no regrets though.

The second song just hit a distant part of my brain that hasn’t been active since the days of watching this as a kid and wanting nothing other than to one day dunk like this guy. Those were the times we all miss. This video just reminded me of the uninterrupted flow state with full determination I and I’m sure many other used to naturally lock in to. Unreal. I think as kids we all have the confidence to believe we can be whatever we put our mind to, nowadays we tend to say we learn that it’s not that way but I think it’s all just perspective. I gotta find a way to lock into that state now at 18yrs old.
