I'm curious what Stacy would recommend for those of us who are reduced to 8-10 days before ovulation as part of shorter cycles in perimenopause. I only have about 8 of those high energy feel good days, then about 13 days of extreme fatigue and poor recovery. I feel like I can only train hard for 1 week every 3 weeks, and it seems I make no progress.
Stacy, please educate yourself on Pilates..I’m a longtime instructor trainer and have been doing heavy resistance work with both the Reformer and Tower equipment..I’m 59 yrs old, and am at the height of my fitness level now!
