Eh, I don't know about that. I'm sure different states/counties have different laws regarding this sort of thing. Personally I think you should throw first if you're being backed into a corner or the tension is obviously escalating beyond your control. Initiative in combat is very important. But at the same time, if you're expecting a punch and you're prepared to defend it, the first counter you throw might be the most important and most devastating.

In Florida you can fire a gun first if you feel like your life is threatened.

Augustus Appling could always knock them flat with a punch to the chest. Hit it right you'll stop their heart. Same if you hit them too hard. Make their lungs crumple enough to shock them a lil.

Everybody can throw a clean jab or cross but you have to make sure that when you throw a hook you throw it fast, accurate and with power.

Try to gather your mental powers (aka think) during an actual fight, I believe you can do that by constantly training in such fights with a friend or something. Theory though.

Chris Curry so they don’t have anything to grip, they can slip your shirt over your face, throw you by grabbing your shirt, etc etc, just take the shirt off, they won’t be able to grip you so easily, also always land the first punch, if you aren’t good at hook, just jab, straight for the nose, the nose is the easiest target,the nose is very sensitive, I even got hit by my baby cousin in the nose hard and I got stunted... and was going to hit her back off instinct, now imagine in a 16 year old dude hit you in the nose like he meant it... getting hit in the nose will automatically make you close your eyes, and make them water up, blinding your opponent, 80% you’ll break the nose if you have some type of power behind your fist, causing extreme pain, right after jabbing their nose either come with another fist to their eyes, or go for the slam, never hit once and just stand there, they’ll be full of rage and will come at you hard, also never be the person starting confrontations, it’ll get you wacked 90% of the time

I just figured that since you always wear a backwards baseball cap that perhaps you could recommend one that you find is not only comfortable but also breaths well and captures adequate perspiration from going into your eyes during training. But I think perhaps the problem may lie in the english is my 2nd language and if the question was worded or constructed in a way that was satirical that was not my intention.
