Had the MRT test/leap diet for my daughter due to eczema with no visible changes after 2-3 months. She also took probiotics, a multivitamin and fish oil as recommended by her dietician at the time. Does it usually take longer to see any improvement? I’m wondering if we need to just start fresh. Desperate mama here!
Hello, I recently took the MRT test and to my surprise wheat and cows milk came back in the green 🤔. So I'm curious if you think that means I can have gluten and dairy without any inflammatory immune response? (I have never felt any noticeable side effects when I have these two items) I would love to hear your thoughts!
