Why do women sync periods with each other? Is it like how birds of a flock fly together, like without trying, they all know to change direction at once? Like women’s bodies suddenly know to have periods at the same time?
This is such great information. I’m a bit older and am waning in my cycles so if you have any tips for someone on the cusp of menopause I’d love to hear them. Sorry I’m only new to your channel. Wish I knew about this years ago as I had horrible heavy periods for 25+ years and had surgery in 2019 due to uncontrollable bleeding. Whatever I can do to support my health via nutrition is my goal now. Xx
Great tips! I think it would be amazing if you made a calendar for yourself using these foods and showed us how you did it so we can make our own. Just as a loose guideline so I can throw pumpkin seeds into my lunch if I glance at the calendar and notice I'm at that part of my cycle. Just an 💡 idea. I have a hard time remembering all this great stuff. Also just discovered seed cycling and found it really easy to incorporate so it would be cool to add other foods to the fun!

And one more thing you should know, with the exception of Er trauma, hospitals are slaughterhouses, because treating the symptom kills the patient, so advising people to see their doctor is bad karma. If people at a species specific diet, rather than eating cooked food, And sipped enough water all day, that would cure their issues, rather than having their issues medicated.
If people ate* a species specific diet I meant to say, which is fruit and lettuce. And perhaps water fasting is needed too, as is was taught in all hospitals and by medicine until 100 or so years ago when the Rockefeller’s bought all of medical school and all of the hospitals

@@CrystalKennings I just put some oats in a bowl like 2-4 tablespoons depending on how hungry I am(with a little bit of water for the dry oats). With some frozen veggies on top, I like ones with broccoli. Add whatever spice blend you like or some steak seasoning or season salt. Microwave. Top with nutritional yeast and I add over easy eggs. Such a good way to eat veggies for breakfast.
