His set up actually makes the car harder to drive. Not a very realistic set up. All you need is street tires Just a Stock engine or 400 max hp Upgrade diff and set the final drive to 4.6 or 4.3 Put the Angle kit on if you like. Run a little bit of toe in the rear and a little toe out in the front. Keep it simple people it will help you. Just drive it stop clicking the tuning option( leave it) the more laps you put in the better you will be. Eventually you will be on anyone’s door.
Wow. Your edit really changed a lot. It’s actually an entirely realistic setup. This is what I do for a living. I set up drift cars, I do alignments. This is how it works in the real world. YOU don’t have a clue.
Zvark Fitzell why don’t we do some online stuff? I’ll even record it and put it up here. What should I put in the description so you subscribers will see it? Oh wait.
This is more like “Best FORMULA Drift Car” lol. MAD power and MAD angle! 🤩 This thing is a beast! I’ll try to buy this car and replicate this build tomorrow. Let’s see how nasty she can get! 😈
I dont get why people bang loads of bhp into there drift cars and there is definitely no need for race tires. Anywhere between 400 - 500bhp is all you need I use a 240sx with there stock sr engine with around 450 bhp and get 75° of angle on every corner also put most of you break pressure to the front and also drop the pressure to around 80% to hold those tandems so if your going quicker than the person you are following slam the foot break while holding the throttle to keep that angle while slowing down
I rock 1000hp in my 240 with drag slicks because i want the car to be responsive. Its all about physics. I run 3.10 final drive, my suspension is fully stiff from sway bars to dampness and spring rate with car low as possible and Zero camber. This allows me to be able to feel the car in every corner, everytime the tire wants to break loose its easier to feel out and make minor adjustments before anything happens. No Toe, drift steering angle at 50.5, brakes mainly front, tire psi 33 front and rear for perfect grip when centered and perfect control in corners while sideways even in the rain. I hold number 1 rank in the U.S. on maple short rev rainy
You should lookup SilviaSE90Mike if you really want to drift... True drifters dont "rely" on a tune to drift. They can simply drift. The tunes are what help them achieve their full potential. If you cant drift then learn. Dont rely on a tune to magically make you a drifter.
Lol look me up stupid. Ive had 2 240s, 8 crxs, 4 civics, 1 celica, 1 vw corrado, 1 corrolla, 1 honda accord, 3 integras, 3 camaros, shitty Lincoln LS. And which car do you want a mods list for? Even now im just driving an 05 civic for a beater with less than 1k miles on the full rebuild. Litterally selling the turbo right now on marketplace. As for 240s. My white 90 was just my daily, my black 240 however i pulled the 24E out and slapped the DE in, gutted it, prepped for cage, used s13 coupe fenders for over fenders, genuine NISMO short shifter, top mount turbo manifold and ar.53 turbo. Just to be modest with the build. My y49 crx i yanked the a6 out, put a z6 head on(mini me swap, incase you didnt know), ACT Stage 2 clutch, flywheel and pressure plate, CAT H Beams, for piston domes i ran p28 since they fit the bore and are high compression, and running b18a map sensor and P28 ecu. Head was ported not polished, skunk2 springs and retainers, basic I/H/E running a switch for vtec on the shifter so i didnt have to wait for it to engage. Wire the two wires from the solenoid and run it to a deadmans switch you can engage vtec whenever you want. And by the way..im a 30 year old army vet who drifts as a stress reliever. Not some kid like you.
@AIDEN FIFIELD and for meets..every where. Take it youve never heard or Grid Life, Midwest Drift Union, Drift indy, the list goes on. So how about you add me, stop being a pussy and drift. Or check the boards. Youll see me 119k maple rwd on controller.
@UCD_Ds3-hCBzsPpugEItV5Uw im just after friendly competition bud, its all in the name of self betterment. Hope your body shop pays more than the one i worked at. When i was 17 i was working at a salvage yard/car sales place. We would pull 5 different cars apart that came in wrecked and make 1 good car. I handled the engine and trans removals, they did the welding while i prepped for paint. Had an old corolla with quarter panel damage and a bad transmission so i swapped transmission out and got it driving then cut a quarter end of another Corolla off and welded to good quarter to the bad corolla. It was fun till he only wanted to pay me 100 dollars at the end of my first week. Quit immediately and went to doing swaps for friends in my backyard. Thats how i ended up finding deals on the cars i had and the parts i got. Seriously though brother add me. GT: SilviaSE90Mike
Drifting is about grip. You grip up the rear enough to still spin the tires and push forward with power. Hence the tire compound. If you just make the rear have no grip, you won’t go anywhere.
@@RatchetstrapMedia you dont need race tires to achieve needed grip. Also, drifting is about a balance between slip and grip. Too much grip and you're just racing.
