Most excited for Duet Night Abyss and Endfield. Tianzi 76 looks very high quality but sadly nobody seems to know about it and it hasn't had any news for a long time
Thanks for doing all the hard work of compiling and keeping up to date on all these different gacha games. Azur Promilia is the big game I've been looking forward to the most ever since they first announced it, but there are numerous other cool-looking games on this list that I'll check out as well.
This 'permanent' death feature probably will be like Kancolle, if you die you lose the character and itens FOREVER and will have to farm/gain the character and equipments again , but if you have a certain item equiped the item will be destroyed and you can recover the K.O character, or this game will be like those survival games, just the release will tell.
For me is Azur Promilia, Nornium, Unending Dawn, ZZZ maybe??? idk anymore and Xunjing was a surprise... looks nice. Axis of eternity looks nice but I can see the censorship coming miles away
Crazy that at the beginning of the year we had only 2 big open world exploration focused gacha games and potentially by the end we might have more than 5 with more to come. I get that so far the model seems to be successful and is producing higher quality games I can see saturation becoming a thing which has its own pros and cons
So many open world games and I'm interested in almost all of them... Ah looks I'd be very busy in the future lol. Duet Night is probably the one I'm most excited for atm.
Ill play them all until I got bored and slowly drop each of it in order. I dropped genshin after ~2 years so I hope these would last more than that. As long as it keeps giving something interesting to do then it will do :3
@@Stixxy Yes I play on SEA server. The lag issue is minimal. I use JP voices so the EN terrible voices dont really affect me much xD The story needs improvements for sure and so does the music. At least Scar and the final war in Arc1 is good. Bring me the joy I once had with Genshin first release. Hope it will keep it up.
I dunno why but these gacha are running the trend "Genshin Impact", at this point I kinda feels burned out for open world gacha games, I really want something like star rail or counter side or ark knight as a gameplay, not some big ass open world again and again
TLDR: VENTING/RANTING ON GACHAS + SOME RECOMMENDATIONS. Been following the release of duet night abyss for like a year and I'm each time less interested, not particularly because of duet night abyss, but due to my lack of interest in the rest of gachas in general, I feel like every gacha I play interests me less and less, they usually don't bring fresh air to the genre they're in and if they do it's generally not enough to separate them from the main game of it's genre. Examples: After playing genshin for years, trying TOF and now WuWa and not enjoying them that much I feel like I can't get excited for any new open world live combat releases; after playing battle cats and arknights i feel like any other tower defense is kind of similar and not that entertaining, blablabla. Abyss knight caught my interess tho, the animations look smooth and I've not yet played a gacha with that point of view and stuff, but will it be fun after a couple of weeks? Will there be anything fun or interesting to do besides "kill that boss with the same mechanics to farm materials for the 100th time in a row". The gachas I'm currently playing (and have been for quite a while) are: Limbus company, HSR and surprisingly AFK Journey, which I think bring new stuff to the table in their own ways and are pretty fun and "challenging" to play tho none of them are live combat lol. Also, I would surely keep playing battle cats but for the third time I lost the acc I used for years cause of changing the device I play on and the fucking customer service won't give it back to me tho I sent them the device I played the game in, my account code and other info, AND THEY WON'T TELL ME EHY CAN'T THEY GIVE IT BACK EITHER. Anyways, I lost the point, are there any gachas I should play based off of this?
considering ive played Mist Sequence it wont dream (Might dream) wont touch Arknights, the only thing that rivals between the 2 would be the live 2D art of both
Do you know if Wang Yue will stay in Chinese? I found their website through your Gacha website but had to Translate the page. It looks good but was just curious if they will make the game English Dubbed or not. :o
Thanks for the update Stix. We have all these great games coming up, but not the time to play them. I think they're all worth a try, but just keep the ones you truly enjoy playing.
i really hope people not forget and assume that most of these new gacha games are mainly influence by mobile gacha games since it has anime vibes to it and pc people notice that because of genshin, ever since genshin came out mobile gacha devs are starting to think of adding pc platform to their games since they know now that its gonna popular, well i just hope the devs won't forget the mobile players cause for example snowbreak, they literally forget the mobile players because the aiming in mobile is way way even harder than the pc does its not even playable its like they didn't customize enough for mobile platform and im not wrong on these for sure cause i've played fps mobile games for years, so yeaa snowbreak in mobile are dogsht but i don't know now if they fix that i haven't check it but anyways my point is i just hope these new gacha games dev's wont forget their mobile active players
azur promilia looks amazing, and unending dawn sounds so fun! i loved elden ring, i love anime, so it sounds perfect! and im going to try zzz but my hopes arent that high for it
Im going to have to rethink which gachas im going to continue to play and which ones i have to drop as more and more of these top tier mobile games keep coming out. Atm i already play PGR, GI, WuWa, Snowbreak, Aether Gazer, and solo leveling arise. Then theres at least 3 new games im 100% playing (Azur Pro, Unending Dawn, and Duet Night Abyss, oh and maybe project Mugen so 4 nee titles - JC Im screwed). Im really happy to see how much gacha games have improved in terms of graphics, gameplay and the use of an open world but GD it makes it hard to choose between them all.
So many games so little time. Honestly my hands are full playing WW and Nikke and I'm also been waiting for Duet night abyss and abyss night to come out too.
a lot of interesting games but i'm still waiting for girls frontline 2 global news T_T i keep seeing amazing animations from that game and the strategy aspect seems decent too.
I was think about Azur Promilia, Project Crescent (I have to check the gameplay), maybe Unending Dawn, and Project Mugen. But where is Project Mugen, did you forget or waiting until 2025?
I’m going to keep it real. I’m going to wait to see if Changli has the same jiggle physics as Yinlin and BaiZhi before I make an informed opinion. Ima pull for her regardless but Kuro needs to Earn my whaling for S6 on all the jiggle mamas. I am a man of REFINED TASTE after all… Now Please Mr. Stix…. COOK
Few good looking ones. Duet Night Abyss, Azur Promilia. Unending Dawn looks awesome. Steaming pile of garbage ZZZ also coming out soon. What losers gonna try that furry game out?
The only ones that look remotely interesting are Unending dawn, Dragon tides and maybe Promilia but I don't fuck with the art direction much. Or rather, their character design team came from a sewage plant. And ZZZ is... ZZZ. Will have to see if it's just a fancy looking Hi3rd Edit: I forgot about Duet night, but those character models are just straight up generally vrchat level. I can cut them some slack on how the environment looks since they have to sacrifice something for the gameplay itself but by god it looks awful as well. Though better than some of the stuff in the list. Gameplay is the only standout which i'll have to see if i like it enough.
All of this is amazing but also sucks cuz im never gonna find the time to log in and play all of these games everyday :\ and thats aside from storage on my phone. I have 256g phone and 20g free. ughh
The story is boring as hell. A game needs the full package. I also don’t like the look of the world. Azure promelia just around the corner. Going to try zzz despite all the negative reception. It’s hoyo so they usually improve the game as time goes on.
Project Crescent makes me question the devs. The first character shown has the facial proportions of a child (short head, big eyes, and large forehead) and then put her head on an adult body. It's uncanny looking and concerning what kind of player base the devs are trying to attract. The second characters head looks more like an adult from the head appearing longer and the forehead looking shorter compared to the other girl. As an artist this jumped out to me in an instant because I had to learn theses proportions for my characters to be able to convey their ages properly.
im a new player, first time trying NIKKE out. I cant find any information regarding if the game has some repeat battle function. Since I like pressing "start" and letting my phone sit there for 20-60 mins or smth, come back and collect rewards, I was wondering if NIKKE has that system aswell for farming while doing rl stuff?
No, Nikke has an idle system with regards to main resources such as currency and upgrade materials. Story missions are a one time affair meaning once you clear a stage you don't need to repeat it. Instead, it contributes to your outpost level. Higher outpost level = Better Idle Rewards. There's no repeat battle system for farming, you only need to collect rewards. Beware though since rewards have a cap of 24 hours, afterwards any resources gained will be collected with reduced efficiency. The only thing you need to actively farm daily is simulation training for skill books and interception. These game modes have quick battle.
Soo Many "Genshin" Clones for this games, but I'm looking forward for ZZZ, AK: Endfield, Azur Promolia and Project Mugen. Hopefully next Honkai Games will destroy entire Gacha Industry, and will not become "Genshin" Clones again.
