I'm playing on PS4, so yes this is on all consoles. Unless you have the ISMC mod, or a different mod which adds weapons, these are the base weapons in the game. However u can customize and add attachments to your weapons.

You would have to be on PC, and you can use the link I've put on the bottom of this comment to get more. You can use Mod.io and get the ISMC mod, or a different mod for different guns. Link: mod.io/g/insurgencysandstorm/m/ismcmod1
