Please please please do more healthy cooking videos! 💕 I used to be super healthy, active and fit. But in 2016, I had an accident (during work) that left me with serious neck and back injuries. I had to stop working out, I had hardly any money so the nutritional program I was using, I couldn’t afford and I just felt hopeless. I became seriously depressed, felt so hopeless, ended up gaining about 100 lbs and to be honest, I lost myself. I don’t feel like the same person. It has taken a toll on my marriage because I am just unhappy...not with my husband because truly, if it wasn’t for him, I would not be here. He has been my light throughout this whole event and I am so thankful to have a partner who loves me no matter what. This accident happened 1 month after we started dating and he stayed with me through it all. But I know seeing me unhappy and depressed makes him feel like he’s failing me. Which he is not, in any way. I found your videos about 8 months ago and honestly, Sez, you inspire me SO much. About 2 weeks ago, I started working out again, eating healthy and just trying to take care of myself. I’ve already lost 12 lbs and I just feel good. PLEASE keep making these videos and workout videos, because you are changing lives...or at least, my life, and I’m so thankful and grateful for you. 💕

Sending lots of love and well wished fron the Netherlands. Maybe you can make an apointment with physical tberepist to see what workout works for you to maybe strengthen necka nd back, or not put weight on it. Also I find Sarah's recipe's not expensive if you don't add tbe supplements/protein powders.

T B if u dnt mind eating plain thats the way to go. Ie chicken rice / beans/ frozen veggies etc! Or always look out for deals and stock up & freeze meats

T B honestly.. investing in a crock pot or instant pot is one of the best things I’ve ever done for cooking on a budget. You can make chilli, shredded chicken, potatoes, basically everything in one pot. No need to buy extra pots and pans! buying meat and freezing it is the way to go! And only buy vegetables and fruits that are in season!

Girl if you rinse the pumpkin seeds off you can roast them in the oven with some sea salt on and use them as another crunch element in your nourish bowls. So so yummy 😍

PLEASE do a lunch prep thing with a few meal ideas (for uni, school, work etc) I do the nourish bowls quite a lot but am looking for other ideas so I don’t get bored and go get takeout lol - since breaky and dinner most people are home u feel? I wake up at 4:30am for work and I would absolutely LOVE if you made a little video for quick & easy breakfast to go! Perhaps some night before breakfasts that I can just grab and heat up or simply grab and leave! I do not have time in the morning to spend more than 5 minutes making breakfast - and when I say I have no time, I mean sleep is not a sacrifice I’m willing to make (that’s right I’ve been listening to the health code 😉) anyways, loved the video it was like a little cooking show! Super cute and yummy recipes!

I suggest to grind the chicken while it’s still hot or warm. I do this whenever my family makes kebabs for lunch and it’s so much easier when the chicken is warm and pulls apart easily

Pro tip for shredding chicken FAST: Put it in your Kitchen Aid stand mixer (or use a hand mixer) and shred away! Takes like 30 seconds!

Sarah, I love your videos so much! You bring a new light to eating healthy and cooking at home! A great and easy way to shred chicken fast is to put it in a KitchenAid mixer! You don't even have to wait for it to cool down. It's been a game changer for me! :)

This video was so helpful! After getting married cooking has definitely more stressful especially when it comes to grocery shopping and the proteins. There’s only so many ways to make beef/chicken and sometimes it feels like it’s the same stuff everyday. How do you keep variety? And what’s does grocery shopping prep look like for you?

YES or if you have the regular kitchen-aid mixer, use the flat beater attachment (or wire whisk) and it has the same results :)

IMPORTANT QUESTION about tofu/soy products, etc.: I find that many gluten-containing products bother my stomach and my system in general so I try to eat as gluten-free as possible (meaning: I haven't been checked for being gluten intolerant or something.). I've also read that soy procucts (tofu, soy sauce, etc.) contain gluten or somehow they just bother people who are gluten intolerant. So the question is: Since tofu is a soy product, doesn't it bother you, since you're gluten intolerant? Don't you feel bloated afterwards? I've never tried it before because I'm scared it's gonna make me feel bloated and sick (like soy sauce).

On stumbling across your video today, I decided to make your granola dish substituting any ingredients I didn’t have (like butter for coconut oil and honey for rice malt syrup). Hi! The best way for shred the chicken is using the cake mixer or put it in a pan with lid and shake the pan and the chicken it will shreds itself. I don't know if I wrote it correct but, if you don't understand put this on RU-vid: Desfiar frango na batedeira. Desfiar frango na panela de pressão. In Brazil we use this method. I hope I helped you!

The nut milk throws me off. To help your hummus blend use some of the water from the chickpeas. Also, if you aren't intolerant to garlic I would add a few cloves to liven up the flavor..

Tip for shredding chicken. While it’s still warm use a hand mixer. Shreds chicken in about 1-5 minutes depending on the amount of chicken breast.

I shred my chicken in my Kitchenaid mixer! If you have a hook or the spade arrangement just throw the warm chicken in a bowl and pulse it on high! Takes 30 sec!

I legit think this is one of the most fun videos I ever watched! The recipes look so delicious and look really easy to make. The video is really structured and besides that, we get such a warm and real vibe from you! Your pumpkin ends up on the floor sometimes, just like it does by anyone else. Can you do a video on more things you could do with tofu as far as flavors and also meats.... Thats what i struggle with... Also i tend to eat a lottttt of sweet potato which of course i love.... But what else would be somthing different to use in its place. I know that this is an old video, but I've recently started watching you and love your way of life and recipes. A tip to make the granola less dry is to melt the rice malt syrup on the stove so it is more runny.

Shredded chicken- while still hot, cube into 1-2 inch chunks, throw it into the kitchenaid mixer with the dough paddle, and turn it on low speed. I use the same technique for pulled pork! Best kitchen hack I know!

Put the chicken breast in a stand up mixer (or handheld) with the whisk attachment on. Shreds your chicken super quick! Life hack

I shred my chicken by putting it in a bowl and using a hand held electric mixer. On a low speed just let the mixer shred it all up. So easy!

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned this, but I saw someone use a handmixer to shred her chicken and it was genius! Now I haven't tried it myself, but she made it look effortless! I'm pretty sure if I did it the chicken would end up on the ceiling ha! So you should try that out Sara lol

I have learned that an easy, less time consuming way to shred the chicken is cut each chicken breast in half or thirds to make the pieces smaller, pop the chicken in a bowl and shred the chicken by using a hand mixer :) i do this when i am making chicken salad or chicken tacos and it makes life a bit easier! hopefully that helps

LOVE SOOOOOOO MUCH ABOUT ALL OF THIS! Thanks girl! I LOVE poached chicken too! So much delicious! In winter I pop a handful of my poached chicken, a huge handful of fresh baby spinach and pour some chicken stock over it with a generous squeeze of lemon juice😋👌🏽 Yum! Tip for chicken - use a cake beater to shred that baby! Sounds weird but try it. Works a treat! My mum taught me this and it is legit the best thing EVER! Saves soooooo much time!

Best way to shred chicken: blend it! It sounds crazy but stick in it a bowl and use a hand mixer or kitchen aid for about 20 seconds!
