Not just the vegans. He’s also inspirational to the non vegans who can appreciate the vegans and their discipline with this lifestyle 😊 One less meat meal for a non vegan is one better step in the right direction 🎉
Being a chef, you have truly mastered turning humble ingredients into incredible dishes. Thanks for your tips on making simple meals so wholesome and well rounded! Your fried rice looked super comforting yet elegant, and I am sure it tasted even better! . All in all, another spectacular video! Top-tier video production combined with your creativity and experience makes for the most enjoyable (and informative!) cooking show out there. Lots of love for the whole team!
I became vegan after seeing some stuff on factory farming. Not really a meat is murder thing, just didn't want to contribute to that culture anymore. Got super nervous that I wasnt going to be getting enough calories or vitamins, or anything tasty! This guy saved me, to the point where I literally don't miss anything from my old diet for real. I workout a lot, and I'm actually eating better and healthier than ever because I'm paying more attention to what I'm eating too. Much love man, thanks for what you do!
You know that agricultural farming is also very bad for animals. Now I don't agree with factory farming and I eat grass fed/finished or pasture raised meat but vegan isn't as animal friendly as people make it out to be
@@Geeza-rc9kz How is vegan not "animal friendly"? Any act that exploits, harms, and results in an animal's death by human hands shows complete disrespect for the life of other species. It doesn't matter where they were raised or what they fed on. Your statement does not make any sense. #Vegan #AllLivesMatter
I’ve never clicked on a video so fast hahaha I love all of your recipes! I’ve recently been looking for some new cost friendly weekday meals. Thank you for another great video, can’t wait to give these dishes a try 🖤
I’m a 110kg strongman athlete Big meat eater usually. And while I’m not sure full vegan is for me at this stage with the level of my training. My girlfriend and I have been experimenting with Gaz’s recipes. Not pushing the militant vegan mentality has made these videos far more palatable for those of us who aren’t actually vegans. Also the fact that I grow most of my own vegetables and along with very questionable quality of meat sources commercially available, and with the industrial slaughter of animals being disgusting full stop, these videos by Gaz and Spicy Moustache have done more for my curiosity about switching up things in my diet habits then anything else.
I am glad you mentioned just crumbling the tofu into the rice for the fried rice. A lot of students wont have a blender so that is a crucial thing to know about the recipe, lol.
I always make the same mistake and watch your videos on an empty stomach, but the good part of this mistake is, i have an instant reason to go to the supermarket and cook! :D Love your videos and your recipes, love from germany. ✌🌱
I live in SF & when I watch your shows, I feel legitimately transported into the countryside somewhere & it's hella nice. I hope you're cooking in outside gardens as long as you're posting videos! 🌿
Looks so good, thanks for all the recipes. But!! One ingredient I missed during your 'omelette' is Kala Namak - Black salt for the eggy flavour.... Maybe add it and it would even turn out way better/more egg like
I’ve got to try the omelet. I wonder if adding black salt would add a bit of the egg like sulfur taste. (Although to tell the truth that was the unpleasant taste/smell when I used to eat eggs.) this recipe probably smells much better than browning eggs do.
Amazing recipes, as always. I've never been disappointed when I make your recipes! Thank you so much, Gaz!! Much love to you, and keep living your dream.
Wow, these meals look so amazing and comforting, but simple at the same time. These will definitely get me through the rest of the term lol🙏Thanks Gaz x
7:33-7:47 I think you should make a whole cooking ASMR video. These sounds were so amazing and I didn’t even have headphones in Also, your content deserves so much more recognition!! This is ELITE ✨ shoutout to you and Tom (and rest of team if I missed anyone)
Beautiful recipes. But when going mushroom hunting, please use a knife to cut the mushrooms or close the hole with some dirt because the mycelium does not like direct sunlight. 🙏 This helps to protect the lovely shrooms
Gaz a shout out to you from LA!! I teach vegetarian cooking to kids, thanks so much for being such an inspiration, very very grateful for all your work! Impeccable video!!XXX:)
Dear Gaz, you are making a huge impact in the vegan industry. With no doubt you are making the world a better place, thank you so much for all these delicious recipes! Just one question, why didn’t you use black salt on the omelette instead of the regular salt?
I would recommend spelt noodles instead of the (wheat) normal ones you have most likely used. Spelt is way more healthy and more nourishing, doesn't skyrocket your bloos sugar level through the roof and keeps you saturated for a long time. Im short, everybody, get rid of wheat and use spelt, rey & oat instead.
First Gaz video I’ve ever watched, now I’m subscribed. Excellent chef, positive-going, and appreciative with nature. Thank you for reconnecting me back to what I’ve always enjoyed. I’ve been mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually lost and drained through chemo. Appreciate the positive energy and recipes!
I love to watch to learn new and tasty ways to prepare vegan food AND to drool and sigh over how absolutely beautiful Wales around your home is. Oh I want to go walk in those woods and look for mushrooms! Thanks for these fabulous videos and sharing your amazing garden with us too!
Loved this video, gaz! I've been waiting to see you go mushroom hunting for so long, haha! Please more of that. And the recipes... can't wait to try them! Cheers from Guatemala!
Wholesome comment: my boyfriend knows o have a crush on Gaz. So he cooks his recipes for me and for my birthday, got me a signed copy of Gaz's Cook book! He will even send videos of him cooking and talking in Gaz's voice lol. Just find it cute that instead of being jealous he's playful with it.
Made the cauliflower cheese tonight. Love the simplicity and how flavorful it is. Had to make a few minor modifications due to not having exact ingredients, but was happy overall with the final product. Thank you for the inspiration!
Hey Gaz, Thank you so much for sharing your gift with the world. You make vegan food look inviting and attractive. I love mushrooms so I will definately try the stroganoff recipe first. I will let you know how it comes out.
@@gazoakleychef I'll be honest, 1st time discovering black salt was as a glass garnish for a margarita 🍹 I had in Malaysia and that raw eggy flavour was really horrible. However when I tried a vegan egg in Bali and they used black salt, it was pretty delicious and smooth taste. But again it's a matter of taste and some vegans don't eat eggs mainly for the smell and taste of it, so I'd understand that as well. For me black salt is my magic ingredient living in south east asian veganzing their dishes.
Great timing for me😍 Thank you! I have tried the muschrooms that we collected in the forrest a week ago ( we keep them precooked - only a minute in boiling water then freezer ) and this was heaven in my mouth so simple and good with the pasta👌🏻👌🏻 cant wait to try the rest🙏🏻 thank you🙏🏻
I absolutely love your videos 🥰 you never fail to put a smile on my face. I'm sure I'm not the only one haha. Your three cookbooks take pride of place in my kitchen
great recipes, as always! it's better to not cut the mushroom though so the rest doesn't rot in the ground and disturb the mycel. also for most mushrooms it is vital to see the tip so you can tell which one is it (pearl mushroom e.g.). 🥰
In the real version C3 was so bad hidden wars, this might be a double and the author has no clue. Maybe...if not there are 1000 where they use voice distortion hope you can support what we tried to launch years ago Real Evolve...kara-kartal Native
Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan first, then grind them with a pestle and mortar. Tastes so much better and your gut can absorb the nutrients. If you don't, you just poop them out whole.
