The Best Home Arcade Machine Under $1000? 

I’ve never wanted an arcade cabinet more than I do now. That is INCREDIBLE! Guess I’m going to have to start saving

One of my favorite things about modern times is actually modern conveniences for retro machines and devices, it's been such a nice quality of life to have something like this in an all in one. I'm gonna have to bookmark this for my new home this christmas 😁 one of the best things about getting my home this Christmas is being able to fill it with the toys I love like this! I am still tempted to build my own though lol

I got mine at the beginning of covid for around $500 or 600 here in Texas. Great machine but at that price there could be some better options

In my opinion the way to address the limited power is to hook a steamdeck up to it otg. They have coinops for steamdeck and it can also then run most pc games.

I grabbed one when Sam's club had it for $350 a few months ago. Still need to open it up. lol

I normally dont like AtGames, but I will give them credit on this, its a pretty solid device for beginners. I am just to much of a tinker myself to warrant 1k for it, as I would be ripping out everything but the LCD to put in better stuff.

Stateside, you can get this for about $300 if you shop around. Or i have seen them go as low as $150 used.

It looks great, well built. The price tag is the only hurdle due to the power. I think if they attached a videl of their build process, maybe people will be more willing to purchase as they can see 1st hand how the unit has been built and what it takes 👍🏾 thanks for the awesome video.

It feels like the markup on these in the UK compared to the US is mad. I always hate the mish-mash style art they always have on these things as well - I actually think the control panel and bezel looks pretty decent, they should have gone for a more cohesieve overall design along those lines. The spinner is overkill on a machine like this though, awful placement and there isn't much need for 2 spinners either, having 2 in the most awkward place possible isn't worth it imo. They'd have been better off stripping it back a bit and just having 2P + Trackball imo

I looked at a list, and apparently it doesn't have Defender or Stargate. Can such a thing be possible? Or am I wrong? At 4:50 you say you can use your own legally obtained games, on a USB stick. Would I be able to do this with Stargate and Tempest? How do you think these two games would look/play on this machine? Tempest was a fast game. Thanks for any help.

Save up your money untill you can get a Sega Astro City/Blast City. Nothing beats a big -up close- crt screen.

I would think streaming from your PC would be using your wifi network, not your internet connection?

So, in 2023, a $1000 device that has only LCD, and not even powerful enough to emulate PS1.

I'm new in my search for a home arcade game. What is the US version for this and one that definitely includes Pac-Man, Galaga, etc. I wont something that has everything right out of box. Dont have time to be adding stuff. Thanks! This ome looks great!

$1000 to play retro games you can emulate on virtually anything? You can build a cabinet yourself and get a old Dell and have one up and running for $300.

You would be better off build ur own and still won't be that good unless you put a good computer in it I was thinking on a pre loaded pandors box with monitor but if you go that route might as well save money and just do a Pedestal

With the available features and the deep customization options, I'd say this is a pretty sweet idea, but the processing power is absolute garbage. Seriously, my Raspberry Pi 4 can even run Tekken (arcade) and PS1 games. There's no excuse for that if I'm paying over $1,000 for this cabinet.

Great machine. Just a shame it's sold by a total scumbag company that is - Liberty Games. I ordered one, near the start of the year, was given a delivery date, but nothing showed up. A week went buy, nothing, 3rd week I sent an email asking where it was - nothing. Another week later, sent them a snotty email telling them I would be going to my bank to launch a fraudulent claim, finally got a reply - and what a reply. Was told to be patient, they were busy, and my machine was actually with them - so I sent an even snottier letter telling them the machine was supposed to be with ME, not with them, 4 weeks ago. Anyway, took another week to get a refund. Total joke of a company.

The shit box games 3000 comes with pong and other shitty games and more😂

Build a mid range pc for around £500, buy a 2nd hand 1080p 32" TV for £50, buy the flat pack cabinet for £350, buy an arcade stick panel for £200... Then download Coinipsx collections with 3000 games... You're gonna be able to run any game from any generation.
