I had the same problem with not being able to enter my password when my mac reboots. The issue was that FileVault doesn't let you connect bluetooth devices. It worked when I bought the bolt receiver.

I wish Logitech would make a true TKL version of the MX Keys. For now, I'm using the TKL version of the Cherrry Stream.

Buy the Bolt receiver to get a wired connection with this keyboard. It is Logitech Bolt compatible.

I bought the MX Keys Mini and used it for just a month and it suddenly goes haywire! The backlights keeps on blinking like crazy even when I'm not touching it! So annoying that I gave it away to my friend and bought the Apple Magic Keyboard. For my own point of view, I personally felt that the Apple Magic Keyboard is much comfortable to use though......

I have been using the budget version of this keyboard. So if you don't have the money for the MX Keys Mini I recommend you try out the Logitech K380. It's a third of the price so its perfect for students. Its battery should last for 2 years.

I just wish the apple keyboard had backlighting. That's the biggest drawback for me. I agree that it would be nice to have USB-C on it as well, but at this point I have so many of those dang cables that its not too big of an issue.

As a programmer, how do you handle the "missing" brackets? Did you just stick to the "opt+5" or have you programmed the keys differently?

Mine has brackets, curly braces and all the keys I need. Mine was purchased in the United States, maybe there are some international versions with different layouts.

I see! I have the German version and there are (unfortunately) no keys for the brackets. Instead, there is a larger "Return" key 🙄

Just give us a graphite/grey color for the Mac model. It has been a year and I'm done waiting. I'll just order a white one next week.

Yes, been waiting for a long time, but they're not doing anything. Not even adding an option to swap Fn/CTRL keys to the regular "universal" model. People are fed-up and returning the keyboard. Just check their forums.
