I toured this property a few times. Each time I got a FREE 4 night stay at Harrahs. In and out of presentation in under 90 minutes. These places are like Signature MGM. Very nice
Nice condo/room! Hope they didn’t charge you for stealing that ironing board😂😂! That must have been tough getting that on the airplane😉🤣!! Your excitement about that tub was great😂! Great coupon deals for sure👍! You can’t beat having all that space!! Thanks for sharing guys!!👍
So weird that the ironing board was missing, right? We didn’t need it this time, anyway. The tub and the coupon book were my favorites at this place, for sure!
That looked like a great room...Tina and I did a timeshare tour one time, cause the lady at the Luxor gave us two free shows and some cash for going. We coached each other to say No...it was still difficult. We enjoyed the shows, so it was worth it. Great, and very thorough video. Take care!
Thanks for sharing..looks like a nice place! Another really nice timeshare off strip is The Berkley which is next door to the Silverton. We stayed there and loved it. You should definitely check it out! 😊
Hey, TJ! The one bedroom we had was plenty of room for a family of 4, though the kids would have to share the sofa bed. They also have 2 bedroom units and, as you can see in the video, the two back-to-back rooms can be utilized for larger parties that want to be nearby. Thanks for watching and sharing:)
Great review on The Grand View!!! Which timeshare company did yall go through!? I would love to experience this myself for the first time doing a time share , but I don't trust most of these companies as they don't promise you everything lol. I am worried for the price that we won't get this! We don't mind paying full price out of pocket but if its legit we may want to try it!
We use the RCI timeshare exchange. We’ve been using it for about 10 years. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed at our home resort! It makes more sense to exchange our one week for points, as we can usually get multiple weeks/vacations out of them. RCI has a lot of timeshare options in Vegas. We’ve reviewed several already and will do more. P.S. If you don’t already own a timeshare, we don’t recommend purchasing one. Happy to discuss further. Feel free to email if that’s easier. Thanks for watching:)
@@TheMidlifeRide Omg thank you for sharing that information! I'll look into RCI!! What's their best phone #!!? And I was going to pay $198 for 5 days/4 nights with Vacation Village for the Grand View but just nervous as I've never heard of them and their reviews are bad!!! People said they talk down on you during the presentations lol and you'll never gift a free gift card, maybe it was just their experiences at that time ! The $198 isn't refundable but can be used for 12+ months , but no if I want my money back, I'll get it back from my bank if any issues! I definitely am not purchasing a timeshare at this time as me and my husband just purchased our new house. We just want to explore as we've never been to Vegas yet!! Email would be alot better haha, what's the best email for you!? I'm Cierra btw!
@@TheMidlifeRide And for a first timer for wanting to try a presentation tour, what's RCI best contact number to see if they have anything available in Vegas !!? We're looking to travel in late October!
@@ExotikDeathCore our email is themidliferide@gmail.com RCI is a timeshare exchange-you have to have a timeshare in order to use it. Vacation Village is the group that The Grandview belongs to, and that’s what I was going to suggest. I’d imagine all timeshare companies have awful reviews. They are in the business of getting you to buy and they can be very obnoxious and persistent. $198 for 4 nights is a good deal for this place, but factor in the presentation time and irritation you’re likely to experience. You can probably get a room on the strip for around the same price, depending on the days. Though, the rooms probably won’t be as nice or as spacious.
@@TheMidlifeRide You're absolutely right and I was told Vacation Village was legit and a decent company! I definitely am not interested in buying and will just keep telling them no, esp if I am not ready to purchase property down there !!! It would be from Sun-Thur and no rooms would be $198 , unfortunately it'll cost about $800+ this is a perfect deal and The Grand View is a nice resort just to visit Vegas and enjoy everything out there! I will go ahead and pay $198 and try this timeshare , it's for my birthday next month !
I stay at The Grandview all the time. I am here now. Way better than staying at a regular hotel. My room has USB ports on the lamp. Weird you don't. I also enjoy the South Point Casino. Quick to hop on the interstate to get to other places.
