You guys are my favorite RU-vidrs! You are 90% perfect, and I would like to suggest a way to be 100% perfect: Write the recommended number of reps and sets in your information section for beginners, intermediate, and advanced. I know you mention it throughout the video, but sometimes I don't get to watch it through, but if I could just read the info section, that would be great. Anyway, keep up the great work!

My husband's in physio therapy at home too, he's so bent on counting reps out loud, I should bug him more and get a chalk board on the wall he can cross off, omg, the more the better and any at all's a miracle! 😘

Oh it's painful watching the injured older persons hobbling around, ones who brag about how far they'll walk when you're just trying to Zen on a bench bug me to no end, I end up hanging at the cemetery where the dead tell no tales!

I will have to try these but my right hip is crap. (Definite trochanteric bursitis, could be other stuff too but would need an MRI) I moved from a 3rd floor apartment to a 2 story home last year and I can sure tell I'm not doing stairs like I was. They were so good for me.

Wonderful information, but a bit advanced for this old gal, who cries I've fallen and I can't get up. I used to be so fit but with advanced years gone to hell, however there are other videos that you now have me doing those exercises! great stuff!!!!

I have had a knee replacement in April 29 2021 six months after i twisted my knee playing pickel ball had to have 3 vials of blood out of the knee. Now being almost 9 months I want to go back to being active. Do you recommend me ridding a bike and doing step exercise. I don’t want to sit and not do anything . What y would you recommend

I’ve been experiencing knee pain in my patella and my orthopedic doctor said it’s normal because of my age. At 52 I still want to train my quadriceps so I like these and will give them a shot

Keep at in Cynthia, do what you can properly and press on, I had very bad situation, night's were killers as my leg begged to move, bend, circulation perhaps and I complied but, I found I could hug around my knee to bend it in the bath 🛁, massage at night too! Keep at it sugar, there's many exercises/stretches/good luck from Montreal!

I have a question, my mom has diabetes and has been dealing with leg and knee pain. What would you recommend as an exercise to help ease her pain a bit? It's hard for her to walk at times and would love to help her but I'm not sure how myself. Thanks Bob and Brad you guys are amazing!

How long before hiking do I have to start these exercises? 2 weeks or 2 months? Or maybe it's better 4 months? I'm planning to climb a few low/medium range hills from next April. If I start your exercises now I guess I'll be able to go up a different hill every week in spring. I'm 57.

For older guys only ChiFusion system, which was developed by Al Simon, is safe. Range of motion must be 70% of maximum, no more than that. Apart from that ordinary walking in the fresh air is best for legs. Only in my opinion, of course 😀

Oh yes, all narcissists are very good at being overt or coverts and master manipulators! Well frozen hip on the thaw, ooowww when the groin starts to loosen, I can only walk a bit then leg feels tired but gotta watch the hips, a shattered one's gotta suck!
