The solution to something being hard is not to make it easy. Lumas will mean nothing if they are even remotely easy to get

@@Tyrranid This mindset is so stupid, no offense. Lumas are extremely desirable not just because of how cool they are, but because they are guaranteed 3SV. Not to mention Saipark makes them really easy to get already. 1/2500 is pretty good odds. And the way Radars are handled, I’ve seen and heard people go 10+ radars without a Luma.

Am never gonna do 2000 encounters in saipark that's stupid, but occasional 400 encounters for 17% or so chance at a tem I like? I might occasionly do that.

fyi, the temtem seem to increase in level the higher you increase the radar. Akranox are appearing at level 57 with close to 300 encounters. The money I'm getting for freetem at the moment is quite good.

I'm always looking for tentem videos from time to time ando love the Idea behind this game. But recently i checked the steam chart for the game (gives you the updated player base) and i noticed its dropping a lot, like 900 avarage players last month. Its not about the hype, not looking to play It because a Lot of people does, but If the player base vanish there wont be new updates. I'm thinking about starting this week, but i would like to know your opinion guys, about the future of this game. Great video btw, congrats

In my opinion the game is getting better and better with each update. Remember it's still in early access, so that's one of the reasons many people don't want to play it yet. And before weeklies/dailies there wasn't anything interesting to do in endgame (except breeding perfects and luma hunting) so people didn't play much after finishing the main story.

(my ign: Chlor) c: Btw. on your way through the story, try to catch some competitive Tems (just check some teams on Temtemstrar website or discord) with decent SV stats (I focus on those with 38+, even catch a few of them to try to breed something nice). They should be enough for endgame dojo rematch. Of course if you're not interested in breeding/buying perfects.

radar can be nice, but i don t like to be forced to make a competitive team, ( tv training etc), really don t enjoy having to do that for a random radar. also one complain would be beside casual player for who that may be hard to get, what about people who can only play week end, having only 2 day at best to use said radar befor they vanish

It works, but you can only use saiparkcare to catch.. better in open world.. so you can do freetem at the same time

@Reee Flex The devs have banned players for hunting Lumas “too much”. The game is good, but apparently it was because of the anti-cheat system they used. However, it was highly unprofessional how they addressed the players who were unfairly punished. They almost said verbatim that the only people who were mad were those who are cheaters. I don’t think they ever addressed it publicly after that. :/

My guess, he represents the "fire in Omnesia. And some of his radars we would miss out on due to undiscovered/discovered temtem in the volcano.

very good analysis! That's very possible, however on the other hand we do still have access to all of the fire types via that island outside of the volcano... I figured it's perhaps because they want to keep it being 1 per island and he's the easier of the two

I havent dont this yet but assuming it only take 2-3 hours to chain that to max i really hope they reduce the multipliers a little bit. I know odds dont quite work this way but having a 1/5 chance for a temtem if you take the chain fully through the 400 chain is too simple. i would prefer a 1/10. with the time needed to put into it i could accept that. also just a quick note on my math here -> normal odds 1/10000. 10x boost makes it 1/1000. usually battle 2 temtem at a time making it 1/500. at 300 encounters you get this bonus, meaning you get 100 encounters with this. giving you roughly 1/5 or a 20% chance. by all means if im missing something I would LOVE to be corrected cause this just seems to easy.

So you can only have the best odds for 100 encounters, then the thing breaks? Seems kinda silly, so you can’t really just hunt until you get it, you just have to hope you get lucky with that radar and if you don’t you have to go get another radar

rolling 1/1000 100 times gives you a total ten percent chance of finding one, plus the 1/2000 100 times, so it's not great if you're a hardcore shiny hunter, since they changed the odds, but if you're more casual then it's better in my opinion

They should make the Radar stay until the weekly reset. also, what if you die to the Temtem you're trying to catch?? (due to its level increasing as the radar increases) Will the radar break and/or reset? seems like a shit mechanic if so
